Ftelia Black villas was the epitome of elegance&sophistication. Affordable luxury where dreams become a reality. From the reception where you see beautiful and smiley faces, to the rocky aisles with infinity views on the top, to the spectacular spa where we treated ourselves to a whole new level. That was insane!!! Rooms with majestic design& private pool that speaks to the eyes transforming thoughts to visual wonders. We had an amazing breakfast served in our privacy of our room in a beautiful basket full of tasty pastries, baked goods and fresh fruits. They also have some great breakfast addons fulfilling all the possible requests and a floating breakfast served in your pool with a surprisingly low cost. We loved that. Room service in another level and good variety of alcoholic drinks as well. We will absolutely come back to this hotel masterpiece. Congratulations to all the team.

The cleaning was not careful and we found hair everyday on the floor even after mopping. There could be something outside to hang our clothes and wet towels..

Breakfast: it would be helpful to have a way to record your request time centrally, as each day we wanted a different time according to our outings in the day. However, this meant that sometimes the message hadn't been recorded for all staff to see, and the meal didn't come until prompted when late. The fresh fruit wasn't in a good condition: the apples were crumbly and the bananas under-ripe as chilled. The croissants were significantly unequal in size. The cheese and meat were rather a minimal portion of one small slice of each. It was all edible (except the fruit) but there's room for improvement. In addition, it would be great if crockery and cutlery removed from the room for cleaning was noted and replaced automatically, as we often found ourselves in need of items and had to wait for them as they had to be requested every time. This could perhaps happen as part of the daily cleaning regime. Although the sunbed being black meant that it didn't show dirt as easily, it also meant that it absorbed the sunlight so was baking hot during the day. I would've like some way to shade the pool so it could be used safely in the heat of the daytime sun. Lastly, I wished I'd seen in advance how costly it would be to travel to anywhere from the hotel location by taxi: €35 minimum, often around €50, one way! So to go out once a day (as you couldn't walk anywhere due to the terrain) very quickly added up to a significant expense.

The serenity of the place! Having our own infinity pool was divine. The pool guy came to swoosh away any nature that fell in due to the wind, on request. There was ample space in the room for myself and my 16 year old daughter. The cleaner was efficient, prompt, swift and friendly. The staff on the front desk were all exceptional, knowledgeable, helpful, personable. This helped us to squeeze in seeing and doing as much as possible in our time on the island. The messaging system was great for almost instant communication with the front desk from the room. There is lots of local and reasonably priced food that delivers to the hotel. Such a great getaway for anyone wanting somewhere quiet.

Very big and spacious brand new rooms with large infinity pools, Amazing spa facilities, Prime location in Ftelia Bay close to the beach. However the best thing about this place is the hospitality of the staff.

We had an incredible stay at this villa and would gladly return. The location is perfect for exploring the entire island, though you might not even want to leave the villa. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, each with its own private pool. Despite the proximity of the rooms, privacy is maintained, and it’s rare to hear any noise from neighboring guests. The staff is exceptional, always available to assist with anything you need. You don’t even have to leave your room, as you can arrange everything through WhatsApp. Whether you need an early breakfast, lunch, drinks, or recommendations on local attractions, they are ready to help. We highly recommend this place!

Our room was very spacious, nice and clean. For me, towels are a very important detail. It should be spotlessly clean and feel like I'm the first to use it. Those who travel a lot will understand what I mean. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Having a coffee machine in the room is another advantage for me. Having a gym is also great, working out every day and going to the beach is an option for guests like me. It was also nice for me to get help via WhatsApp 24/7, they were very helpful with suggestions and places I wanted to go. Quiet location without the noise of the city. Having a car is a must wherever you stay in Mykonos. I recommend renting a small car.
