Great hotel, we had a lovely stay here. Friendly staf, clean room (everyday roomservice), nice and clean pool area. Close to everywhere and quiet. Also a great view from balkony. There is nothing to complain about - we really loved our stay here :)

Nothing. Not a single complaint.

Terrific place to stay, from the location to the pool to the staff. Perfectly sized rooms with a kitchenette, strong WiFi and the extra bonus of a shower with an actual glass door that prevents spills into the rest of the bathroom. The location is a two minute walk to the beach and mini markets. Even after checking out we were allowed to hang out at the pool and use the general facilities until our flight. I will absolutely stay here again.

Our room was facing the street and sometimes was a little noisy in the night.

The room was very spatious and clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the fact that it is at a walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

There was an inconveniently placed soap rack I. The shower - hardly a big deal.

Simple, clean, nice amount of space for 2 people. Lovely (looking we didn’t bother to use it) pool. Convenient location. Exceeded expectations for the money.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful hotel with the perfect location to the beach and restaurants and shops… just so close to everything! Check in and out was very easy with smiles. We arrived early but had access to the pool, changing room and shower until our room was ready. The rooms are spotless and the cleaning staff incredible with attention to detail every day right down to folding our pjs on our pillow. We had an issue with the aircon not working, they quickly supplied a fan and the next morning the entire unit was replaced. The pool was beautiful, large and very clean with comfortable sun lounges. We spent an entire week here and would have loved to have stayed longer. If I am ever back in Naxos I would 100% stay here again … it is a gem of a find at very reasonable prices.

The front door would stick and not open easily, and the bathroom/toilet door jambs were a little dirty. Kitchen facilities were very minimal if you chose to cook. There are no provisions of coffee/tea or water other than 1 bottle at the start of the first night stay.

Location in the heart of town and 5 minutes walk from islands best beach but far enough to not be affected by noise. Nice room, good air-conditioning. Minimalistically decorated but tasteful. Great pool and nice ambience. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Hosts were lovely and accommodating.

The apartment was spacious, kitchenette stocked well with crockery/cutlery/utensils. The daily cleaning was very thorough. The pool was a lovely size and the sunbeds next to it were very comfortable. Situated very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and car rental places (and a fuel station). Bus stop 1 minute walk away to get to/from port easily (buses every half an a hour when we stayed during August). We were changed last-minute to a top floor apartment - I could not fault it! The apartment had 2 bedrooms, 1 double room with its own balcony for sunbathing (2x deckchairs provided), and 1 room with 2x single beds (attached to this was another balcony with tables and chairs for dining). Both bedrooms had AC that worked very well and cooled the entire apartment. The bathroom was ultra-modern, the shower had good power and all amenities were provided. The kitchenette was small but perfect - the hobs worked well, and the fridge also had a freezer compartment (and ice cube tray provided too!). I was able to cook dinner perfectly well and we ate on the balcony at sunset. That being said, within a 1 minute walk you had access to many restaurants, cafes and bakery. Checkout was 12 midday which was appreciated.

Would've preferred a thinner pillow, but that is a minor point and personal preference.

Great location for Agios Prokopios beach and restaurants. Very clean and nice, helpful staff. The pool and sunbeds were great and the room kitchenette was well equipped. It was also a quiet and relaxing location set back from the busy beach and town. Thanks to the family who run the hotel!

Before arrival we had asked some questions via booking . Com to the owners however, the owners don’t speak English but everything was perfect for our stay.

The location was perfect and the 2 rooms one triple and one double were of an above standard for the star rating. The triple in particular was a new bathroom and very clean finish. The beds and air con worked perfectly . As for the pool it was well maintained and a great size. Quiet location also even though you were minutes from everything. Maria worked very hard !

This hotel is located within easy walking distance to one of the best beaches on Naxos, it is also close to lots of wonderful restaurants and bars and a short bus journey to Naxos town. The hotel is spotlessly clean and in a quiet location although close enough to all the nearby bars and restaurants. Highly recommended

The power sometimes turns off (not really their fault, I think it's a municipality decision), but something to note. Some of the rooms have beautiful updated bathrooms and some don't, just luck of the draw I think!

Hotel Francesca was incredibly accommodating to our group that included the rental of about 11 rooms. The hotel is perfectly situated for a big group as the (fabulous) pool is right in the centre and acted as a meeting point for our group. Having the pool as an option for guests was super appreciated as an alternative to the beach when you wanted something calmer. The rooms are clean, the balconies are lovely, and the cleanliness is great.

We come to Naxos every year! This Hotel was perfectly situated. Close to the beach but also not in the main road for busy traffic concerns. Also very clean!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with two balconies with views across the town, allowing us to avoid the full sun. It has a beautiful pool. The breakfast was good and served on a deck overlooking the pool. The main local attraction is the nearby beach Agios Prokopios which has beautiful water but is a bit crowded. We hired a car to tour around the island. There were also numerous good restaurants within a short walk.

The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to restaurants and beach. It was just far enough to be away from the noise on the beach drive (street).

Bed slightly uncomfortable, too hard for our liking, however they quickly accommodated. Would suggest extra cutlery and plates/glasses.

Property was very clean, well located. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms perfect for the purpose. Pool was a very nice plus.

I didn’t like how the bathroom door locked us in, but we did alert the staff and i’m sure that was just a one off.

I loved the cleaning facility everyday and the POOL!! we spent a whole day just at the pool alone as we were hooked!
