This property is a little dated but not in a bad way and you’re not missing anything - the friendly staff more than make up for it. The only thing to watch out for (for those new to travel in the Greek islands) is that you can’t drink tap water.

Just a personal preference as it was extremely hot while we were there... The umbrellas around the pool are fixed, thatched umbrellas and so shade was minimal as you were unable to move beds or umbrellas around to accommodate.

The location was excellent, just a two minute walk from the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop. The area was very peaceful which made lying by the lovely pool very relaxing. The room was cleaned every day which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel didn't communicate with us before we arrived. Most of the family has limited English. Although there is one staff member with great English and she was very helpful, willing to answer any of our questions. We didn't think the breakfast was worth the money especially with a delicious bakery and coffee walking distance from hotel. I suggest equipping the kitchenette with a wine key and device to make coffee.

Hotel Francesca is perfectly located right in town and a short walk to beaches and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool and the beach is great for families. The hotel is clean with a nice shower. The studio room is small but worked for our family of four. We made use of the outdoor table and drying lines. The rooms are no thrills but nice for an affordable stay in Naxos. They provided beach towels and free parking.

We loved our stay at hotel francesca!! It's very close to the beach (a minutes walk) - has a fab pool and close to cafes/restaurants. They service your room everyday which is really lovely.

There was nothing to dislike. We would have preferred to have a microwave in the suite.

The location was perfect - just moments away from the beach and the main road, but quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and would have preferred another double bed in the second bedroom. We loved the little balcony with patio furniture fur relaxing after a long, hot day out. We also loved the beautiful clean swimming pool on site. The owners were friendly and helpful, despite their lack of spoken English. Upon arrival we discovered that the aircon in one of our bedrooms was not working. The owner immediately attended to resolving this and ultimately replaced it with a brand new aircon. The cleaner who looked after our room was lovely and so friendly. Thanks to her for keeping our rooms spotless.

The staff were brilliant and really helpful, especially the young girl at the desk! There were cleaners every day, who were also very lovely! The pool was perfect, one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. The location was really good, was not even a five minute walk to the beach and nice restaurants.

The breakfast was so incredible and definitely worth the 8 euros. It was so fresh and I was always full. The location is superb - if you want to be near the beach it’s the perfect place to be. Super close to the water and also very close to lots of gorgeous restaurants and easy transport access.

Everything was fine and I would recommend to anyone

very clean and quiet setting; classical Greek backroad setting. The resort is very busy though with a cram them in mentality which is spoiling the beach, not least because the sunbeam owners don’t keep the beach clean, hence the litter builds up and looks bad. A shame because the setting is beautiful and sunsets are ethereal.

The wifi didn’t really work well, took forever to get connection but otherwise everything was great

The location was amazing, 2 seconds from the beach with many restaurants and stores surrounding. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was great. Francesca and her husband even drove us to the port at the end of our stay free of charge!
