Location was awesome - very centrally located which gave us the ability to pop in to rest and refresh throughout the day. Room was spacious & comfortable & the internal lift was a bonus for luggage!

The noise from the bar ruined the evening. Unless you went to bed after 1:30 am the crowd and music’s kept you up.

There are two bars next to the hotel which were very noisy - I had to use earplugs to sleep. Therefore, I’m not sure if I would like to stay there for more than a few days.

Not the property itself: there’s a live music venue opposite the hotel and it can be loud at times. They tend to finish before midnight though.

All good. We even had a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Adding mugs to prepare hot beverages like tea would have been even more perfect. Location is ideal, very close to the tube and quiet for the night.

There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The shower did not meet our expectations. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain, which permeated the entire bathroom. The edges of the shower were rusty, causing water to spill out and wet the entire floor. This made the bathroom experience quite uncomfortable. The towels were very cheap and thin, almost useless. We were only provided with two large body towels each day, which was insufficient, especially since we had to use them to wipe the floor from the leaking shower water. Additionally, the room's floor was covered with some cheap carpet that felt like plastic, giving the room a less than cozy feel. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's central location and the helpfulness of the staff, especially Jenny, made our stay enjoyable. If these issues are addressed, it could be a fantastic place to stay in Athens.

Our stay at this small hotel in Athens had its ups and downs, but overall, it was a good experience, primarily due to its excellent location. Situated just a 2-minute walk from the central shopping street, Ermou, the hotel offers convenience for exploring the heart of Athens. The highlight was the remarkably large room, a rare find in Athens accommodations. Additionally, the room featured a spacious balcony. Jenny at the reception was exceptionally accommodating, assisting us with everything we needed. The 24/7 reception service was a valuable convenience, not commonly found in smaller hotels. Moreover, their willingness to hold our luggage after check-out due to our late flight was greatly appreciated, allowing us to maximize our time exploring the city.

A bit pricey for what it offers. Loud music for people who have rooms on the main street (but I guess you know if you booked downtown Athens location -so try to blend!)

I had a perfect stay at Fos DownTown. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in the best location. Romeo, a staff member, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even better. Highly recommend staying here!
