We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaIf they provide a normal card for the room, in such a manner that the AC could function in your absence. The room was very heated during the day and it was impossible to sleep during the night because it get cooler only after one or two hours of a functioning AC.
Breakfast was ok, however, it would have been perfect if it contained some fruits and more vegetables.

RomaniaEverything was very nice and clean. The room was very confortable, our towels were daily changed. We got to find fruit salad in the fridge on our arrival and also on our last day,which was a nice gesture as a welcoming. Breakfast was nice and various. I highly recommend it!

A fancy room with a breathtaking sea view, well-equipped with everything you need in the bathroom and a key safe. The breakfast in the morning is the same but very delicious and with a wide range of options to choose from in order to have for more days. All the hotel staff are amazing, helpful any time and very nice people!! They even brought us fresh fruits in the room as gift! Very clean towels which were changed every day and the room is very tidy with a large terrace very needed in the hot evenings. The parking is up on the hill, but you have your own parking spot numbered. It’s very easy to find the hotel. Otherwise, the location is good but you depend on the car to eat out or go right or left. Moreover, the room is quite small but enough for 2 people. I strongly recommend it and we will definitely come back here! Thank you for everything❤️

This hotel should have 4 stars, excellent breakfast with homemade pies, excellent facilities and super clean. I had the best stay I can remember! Personel was very friendly and open to help or have chat with. The rooms are spacious enough, towels changing on daily basis and view to the sea was amazing too.

Greece-tiny bathroom -noisy if you let the windows open (located in front of a main street) -not traditional/local products at the breakfast, low quality of products - no elevator (difficult when you have suitcases to carry) - the room is not very space full -no possibility to leave the car at the parking until 2.00 pm after the check out overall it was a good stay
-the sea view from the room -big balcony for the rooms in the second floor -the matress, -the king size bed -the seats in the common spaces where you were able to seat -close to the city center -open private parking for each room -kindness of the staff

RomaniaWe have chosen to pay a little less and to stay at the ground floor which was not really good. Also a minus would be that the same breakfast is there every day.
The breakfast was really good and fresh. The location of the hotel is fine ( it is on the east side, near Nydri, Nikiana and Lefkada). The best beaches are on the west side, so you will have to do around one hour drive until each of them.

CyprusWe had a beautiful holiday at Florena Hotel. Firstly I would like to thank Anastasia the Receptionist for the very warm welcome and for all her help and assistance throughout our stay. She was amazing😊. The room was spotless and clean towels and linen were changed everyday. The breakfast was also excellent. Also big thank u for the fruit platter that was offered to us during our stay. If don't have a car there is a bus stop just outside the hotel and there is a beach just a walk away. Would highly recommend the hotel😊.
