Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenWe noted first thing that it smelled smoke in the room we got and the reception claimed that it was not a non-smoking room. Since it was advance payment we had to take the room anyway. They had not stated non-smoking in the room description for this reason and it was intended. Luckily we were not allergic or asmatic The room was quite weared and teared, water leaking from the toilet

A far more than adequate hotel for the two of us for our 11 night stay. Great size room overlooking the sea. The breakfasts were generous but a bit the same each day. Staff were friendly and always said 'Good morning' Very well located for the beach,shops and airport and ideally central for visiting other resorts in and around the Messinian Gulf. Could be a bit noisy for the early to bed brigade but a decent pair of earplugs will allow a good nights sleep. We both loved it.

Back again. Good location along sea front-with restaurants, bars etc. Bus stop few doors down to take you centre town and old town. Reception always friendly and helpful and managed to provide me with a bathroom plug-only one exists. Upgraded me to side seaview couple days after my arrival. I stayed 14 nights
