We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Comfy bed, perfect location, and the staff are the friendliest people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide local information. It was my sisters birthday and they put up balloons, flowers and a happy birthday sign. We felt so welcome! I would absolutely stay again and I will be recommending to all my friends.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was warmly greeted with a welcome wine. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with every amenity I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep every night of my stay.

The hotel was perfect for a couple. The beds are great. The location of the hotel is the best. You can easily walk into the city. There's a beach nearby swell.

We spent 3 days in Flaneur as part of our honeymoon and were very impressed. Flaneur is an excellent hotel and exceeded all our expectations in every way. The location is perfect - close to the waterfront and all the interesting spots in the old city, yet nicely away from the noise and bustle, in a quiet little alley. The room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the many small details that have also elevated this stay to our best stay in Greece: the spacious shower, great water pressure and shower head, provided beach towels, conveniently placed hairdryer, and even the numerous and well-placed wall pegs for hanging towels - it is obvious that this hotel was designed with love and the guests in mind. The staff was also lovely and so helpful - a special shout out to Georgia who went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in and help us when my husband was not feeling well. Would stay again for sure!

United StatesThere is no breakfast offered with stay. In-room coffee limited. Lighting in bathroom could be improved and no mirror over sink. Towels needed changing every day or at least every 2-days and they were not. Steep stairway not for kids or disabled.
Calm, out of the way location within walking distance to Old Port near Mineret. A/C was cool.

United StatesThe room layout is nice, and staff is accommodating. Wish I could have had another room, 2 rooms would have been perfect. So make sure to book well in advance since this is a hidden gem of a stay. 10/10
The location is prime and here is why; close to Funky's Pizza, nearby Kapi beach, easy walks into old town Chania while still being on the outskirts enough such that you can enjoy a nice quiet relaxing evening watching your favorite shows like you never left your home bedroom.

AustraliaJust a very small thing - the shower was a little odd for us (maybe it is typical in Greece/ Crete?) as you walked straight out of the shower into the room.
This is a unique and beautifully decorated boutique hotel in a quiet, historic little laneway near the old town (the photos don't do it justice). There were so many small touches, like the handcrafted furniture, the bath robes and the complimentary local wine. It is great value for money and Lila was so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
