My 3rd stay at Firoa who was nearly booked out at the beginning of June. This time I got a newlyvrenovated superior room which was spacious. Nice balcony with a flowering tree in front. As always the friendly and warm hearted host Dimitris did all to make my stay exceptional. WIFi problems were resolved the same day. Dimitris gives all his heart and power into the maintainance and improvement of his place. It’s a restful quiet oasis I can highly recommend

Firoa Studios are a great option to stay Donousa: clean, comfortable, with a balcony to enjoy breakfast/aperitivo with a view. The studio is just a short walk from restaurants and shops, but at the same time very quiet and private. Staff was great, welcoming and flexible. Highly recommend!

It's a great little studio just 3 minutes walk from Stavros beach. A wonderful and helpful host, picked us up at the port and even dropped us off at the port even though it was 3.00 in the morning. We liked the quietness of the place, as well as the surrounding areas. There are a bunch of restaurants and a few markets in a few minutes walking distance from the studios. Loved it.

These studios lived up to my expectations so I have no negatives to report.

Free transfer from the port to the property. Room was being serviced when I arrived, but I still got my room at about 1100, appreciated. Room was spacious and very clean. Hand held shower, which does nt bother me but i know some people don t like it. Out of the small town but only about 5 minutes walk to the town. Short walk to a beautiful beach - crystal clear sea. There are beautiful well kept gardens. The host was friendly and very helpful with advice.

We really loved staying here and plan to return soon. Dimitri is a great host, warm, welcoming and friendly. He picked us up and dropped us off at the port and regularly checked with us to see if there was anything we needed. The room was a great size and had been recently updated and decorated. Really comfortable bed and lovely bed linen and towels. The room was cleaned everyday. It had a good functional kitchen. Bathroom was brilliant, rainfall shower with good water pressure and lots of hot water. We liked the location a lot. Just at the edge of the town with great sea views and set in a garden. Nice atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and chilling out.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a good sized bathroom and private seating area, complete with table and chairs, which overlooked the gardens. It is a only a few minutes walk to the port, shops and tavernas. Arrangements were for us to be met at the port. Everyhody we had contact with were very friendly. It was very good value for money and I would stay here again..

It was SO windy and despite having all the windows AND shutters shut, the room was very noisy! Unless we address the effects of climate change, this situation was completely out of the hosts control. I did try to buy ear plugs but there were none available at the local shop and unfortuntely I hadn't packed any. Aside from that, the experience was lovely. Perhaps the bouganvillea could be trimmed back just a little to enjoy the view a little more. Not all of it of course!

I liked being picked up from the port. This is the beautiful thing about Greek hospitality. Personal service and attention! I actually liked the fact that the internet and wifi was sketchy as it was a great opportunity to completely disconnect from the world and immerse myself in Donoussa. Beautiful Donoussa! I liked sitting on the verandah having breakfast and looking out at the water. I LOVED the way the towels were laid out on the bed. Little paper boats!! Beautiful. Little touches that make you feel the love and care that the hosts put into their hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful time!

2nd stay at this exceptionally quiet and peaceful retreat run by personally very kind Dimitris and his family. Many returners say it all and I am one of them. Spotlessly clean nice basic studios with a small kitchen and a nice terrace with sea view to sit and watch sun rise and sun set. Comfortable bed and strong WiFi. This is a perfect place to relax

I was collected from the port which was appreciated. The studio was clean, spacious with modern facilities and had everything you needed. I particularly appreciated the greek artwork in the room. It was conveniently located to the port and the beach, with a patio to sit out. I had a great stay in Donoussa and would highly recommend the accommodation.

Pillows were not very comfortable. I'm sure that if I would ask for another type they would probably change it but I had already an inflatable one that I could use so I didn't ask.

The room was very spacious, clean, with nice balcony. Lots of privacy. The staff were all very friendly, and would always check you had everything you needed. The area is very quiet. It's also very nice that it was surrounded by tomato and grape fields. Very authentic place.
