Very uncomfortable pillows. Lack of hotel information in our room. TV hotel information was non-existent. Extremely limited menu options at hotel restaurant.

The first room we were given was very outdated and uncomfortable. They did move us to a much nicer room upon request. It appears some rooms are updated and some are not. Actually we moved three times before we got a decent room. Also the tile in the reception area is old and uneven. I tripped on it and busted my butt. I was lucky I didn’t get hurt. Also the bath towels were old and done were yellowish.

Great pool area, beach was very nice. Breakfast was great. I had the lunch buffet twice, it was good.

ASKED FOR A CLOTHES DRYING RACK FOR BATHING SUITS. BROUGHT ONE THAT WAS RUSTED & BROKEN... LOOKED LIKE IT WAS 100 YEARS OLD!! ASKED FOR AN ASHTRAY FOR THE BALCONY ...NEVER GOT ONE. CALLED MAINTENANCE FOR REFRIDGERATOR. THE WORST WAS THE HOTEL ALLOWES EVERYONE TO RESERVE BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS BY LAYING THEIR TOWELS ON THEM FROM 5AM....AND DO NOT SHOW UP TILL THE AFTERNOON. HAD AN ALTERCATION WITH SOMEONE BECAUSE OF THAT. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SITUATION!!! AS IF THE $$ I PAID DID NOT MATTER!!

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM. AN UPCHARGE WORTH IT. FRONT DESK STAFF & BEACH STAFF WAS AWESOME. VERY GOOD SERVICE. DINNER BUFFET WAS GOOD, ALITTLE EXPENSIVE PER PERSON PLUS EXTRA $$ FOR ANY BEVERAGE. SODA MAINLY

The resort should be renovated. It is like time traveling back to the 90s. They should change the furniture and the equipment as they are heavily used. The cleaning could be better although the staff are doing their best. The beach is a difficult case as you need sea shoes, the pebbles are not easy to walk on. .

Everything was good but just above average, for the price we paid. It is very convenient for the children though.

The hotel is very old, the wood is crumbling, the food is not tasty and sometimes even disgusting, the price is very expensive compared to what you get, the sea with stones, so it's not very comfortable to walk in it

The only recommendation is maintenance to overall hotel! Other than that, the hotel was amazing!

While the hotel itself could use a little renovations, the staff and the grounds were amazing! Given my room was a little small, they moved my family to a bigger room the next day! Oversell, the hotel was very clean. The pool area and beach were gorgeous and the entire staff- from the restaurants to the pool to the beach to the lifeguards were all a pleasure to be around- my one child has allergies and the chef and staff were attentive to that with the chef making her a special breakfast everyday! We had an excellent stay and we will return!

The food was not great, not authentic Greek cuisine that I was expecting- very generic buffet that could have been anywhere in us, the beds were uncomfortable , some areas of hotel worn/ tired

It is really outdated. This hotel defenitly needs an upgrade. Way to expensive for what we expect from 4-star hotel. It just isn't a 4-start anymore, I am sure it was way back in the 90's.

The hotel is located to a nice beach and has a good swimming pool. The breakfast is good.

It was dated, bathroom and room was small, in poor condition. The towels reflected the room, old, clean but well past their best!

The pictures must be 15 - 20 years ago. It is a tiered property nearly 4 star. We had a premier room but is was very average

Gym needs major upgrade, apart from being a bit small weights equipment utterly useless not working and not maintained.
