Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

NetherlandsVery small (bath)room and public parking can be a challenge.
We had the panorama view which had great view. The other side is facing a wall. Clean and very nice staff and location, short walking distance (15min) to archeological site. Nice breakfast.

United KingdomNothing about the hotel itself that I can think of. Parking close to the hotel was occasionally not easy but there was always somewhere.
Excellent choices for breakfast and lots of it.

United StatesThere is no designated parking, just along the street. We were reminded more than twice about having to pay for the morning buffet (which we didn't purchase).
The hotel is right along the main drag of Delphi. Walking distance to the temple and museum. Plus all the restaurants and shops in the area. The room had an amazing view of the coast and olive trees. There was a little balcony we were able to sit out on.

NetherlandsWe could park in the street, it may be an issue in the high season
We had a room with a great view , the hotel is quiet and the street is not busy at night, We were disturbed by loud jet lagged guests in the corridor, however this can happen at any hotel. The score is given according to the expectations of such an hotel

United StatesRoom is very small and basic. Show is tiny, no door or even divide from toilet. Every time one finishes shower, the bathroom looks like a flood zone. Staff is also bit of cold and stiff. Breakfast is also really basic.
The view from terrace is breathtaking. It locates on the flat part of main street which made our paking veyr easy. We can walk to the Delphi museum and Temple.

United StatesOnly half of our group were able to get rooms with the spectacular view, a minor disappointment.
The location, right in the middle of Delphi, was fabulous; we could easily walk to the ancient site. Breakfast was great!

AustraliaThe shower in our room only had a half glass screen so that when you used the shower rose it was impossible to stop water from going on to the floor. This needs to be remedied. Our room was a bit on the small side.
The property is very well located in Delphi. There is some hotel parking available although if this is full, street parking can be difficult. The young man on at reception when we arrived was extremely helpful. The room had a small balcony with a reasonable view. The breakfasts are good.

FranceNo possibility to park proposed by the hotel: we had to turn a long time in the all Delphes to be able to park as we arrived late. Following morning a light of our rented car was damage which has been a stone in the shoes for the holidays. One shower was really small, even for person used of campers.
Nice international hotel.

United StatesParking like most cities in Greece was stressful. 3 or 4 spots small cars for hotel. Showers were bathtubs, or you had water all over, still comes up bathroom floor, so don't leave anything on the floor that you want dry. No coffee in room at all. Big bummer there. Over all we had so much fun with friends the rest was very minimal.
View on street side 3rd floor was excellent. Close to Ruins and all of town.

AustraliaThe room was small but that has to be expected in such a crowded location. The problem in the tiny bathroom was caused by inadequate shower screening, resulting in water over the floor. The hot water was erratic. There was none one evening.
We were able to get one of the hotel’s off-street parks. A rarity in crowded Delphi. Breakfast was good. Balcony, view and location were great.
