Nothing really to complain. Maybe the window curtains could be upgraded but this is if one is being really really picky.

Friendly host and prompt communication both before and during stay. Location is in the middle of old town and balcony is a great spot to sit and while away the day and night people watching :) Great windows keep the noise away.

Sofabed a little hard.

Everything was fine. A bit noisy in the evening…. But we expected that based on the location in the mittle of Chania. The sofabed was a little hard. But thats a detail.

ABOVE AND BEYOND. amazing location, communication and such a gracious host. Rafael was super proactive in communicating with us upon arrival with FREE parking and location instructions. He also asked us every day when we would like breakfast for and was super flexible and accommodating! The location is PERFECT. Right in the heart of the Chania Old Town and super walkable. Despite being in the heart of it all, the apartment was quiet, had AC, fast internet and spacious for our time in Crete. Rafael went above and beyond to source a cooler bag for our beach day AND we forgot some items at the apartment when we left and thankfully, he was able to send our stuff for us to pick up in Heraklion. We are SO grateful and thankful to Rafael. We can’t speak more highly of our time in Chania and majority of it is due to Rafael’s kindness and amazing hospitality. THANK YOU!

Minimal Street noise but not disturbing and part of the old town charm!

It was an excellent choice all around! The only negative thing I have to say is that I widh I could have stayed longer. Wonderful things about this place: -Parking included! -Rafael’s hospitality and communication was over the top and made my day in Chania extra special - large apartment - centrally located with amazing balcony view - large bathroom -comfortable bed (on the firmer side) - clean and open kitchen And some additional additives (I don’t want to spoil the surprise)

Amazing location in the centre of the old harbour, highly recommended. Great host, very helpful and the parking space was a massive bonus as we had a hire car. We also really enjoyed the breakfast that was provided.

Location was PERFECT and Privacy was great. The studio apartment was spacious and cozy with a nice balcony to relax while you take in the views of the city center. Not only was this place amazing, the staff was beyond accommodating to us. We changed our dates 2 TIMES due to unforeseen circumstances in a week and we had no issues or push back especially since it was already non-refundable. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. They made our stay stress-free and we explored at ease. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The apartment requires a short 5-minute walk from the carpark, so make sure you don’t have too many or too big luggage bags.

We chose to stay at the Faro Apartment, located in the heart of Chania town center, for two nights to explore the area with my spouse and two children. Arriving very late for check-in, we were grateful to our host, Rafael, who waited for us at the carpark and assisted with our check-in. The apartment is ideally situated, surrounded by shops, tourist sites, restaurants, and cafes. Enjoying the breakfast served to your doorstep, you can start your tour as soon as you step out, especially if you enjoy walking tours. There is a dedicated parking that comes with the apartment, which parking can be a challenge if you choose to stay in town.

A very well appointed and large apartment in a fantastic location. The host, Raphael, was extremely generous with his help and knowledge of the area. The breakfasts he personally brought to the residence each morning (at a time of your choosing) were very good. The view from the balcony and large front windows was terrific.
