We had such a wonderful experience! It is a family run business and they made us feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. A delicious breakfast is served under the olive trees next to the pool. The salt water pool is so great after a day of exploring the island . Ilias and Adonia helped us plan our days and gave us the best recommendations on restaurants. Michele sculpture garden is truly beautiful. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle of town this is your spot. It’s a 10 minute walk to town and has a quieter road to walk down ( as opposed to the main busy street side where all the cars pass ). We absolutely loved this little boutique hotel. Great staff, comfy rooms, and it is a ten minute walk to the town. The pool is great and a nice spot to cool down after a day of exploring the island! The breakfast was copious and we really appreciated the double espresso and cappuccino in the morning. Lovely staff and the family running the hotel are very nice and helpful with booking car rentals and other activities.

If you are in Milos, this is the place to be! The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Making the guests feel at home surrounded by family. The property is gorgeous and comfortable. Swimming pool with beautiful gardens. Plus, the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend!

The bathroom was down 2 high stairs, not recommended for people with walking problems, I was very careful. The center (at the harbour) is at least 12 minutes on foot. Either there is a dusty road or a busy road with no room for pedestrians. Therefore a car is recommended.

Beautiful domain, cozy and marvellous. Nice swimming pool, quiet under the olive trees. Room was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. I had a spacious terrace with comfortable chairs. The owners (family) live at the entrance and are always willing to help with everything and provide information. I really enjoyed the peace and my stay overhere !

The owners were so amazing! We had an issue with a lost belonging in the Airport and they helped us to call the necessary authorities and aid with the language barrier(we don't speak Greek). Very calming and reassuring presences that went above and beyond. Lovely spacious rooms and the pool/garden area is very beautiful as well. It is a bit of a remote walk to get to the closest town(5 minute walk on a local path with not much traffic) but we felt very safe every time and the quiet you get being out of the town is well worth it! Still very easy to get to everything you need. Highly recommend!

Incredible welcome from the entire Fantasy Room family. Antonia, Michele, Elias and Ana made our stay perfect. We stayed for 4 nights and they helped us and facilitated everything at all times (information about the island, late check-out, restaurant reservations or tours). We are already looking forward to returning to Milos and staying at this hotel again. Beautiful rooms, peaceful garden, , great pool and breakfast made with love. The hospitality at Fantasy Rooms is unrivalled. So generous and helpful with advice for getting around the island, restaurants and trips. A car or some vehicle is definitely recommended as there’s lots to explore and the buses were unreliable. The room was lovely, plenty of space for our big suitcases and a spacious terrace. The pool area was great, although the weather was a bit mixed so we didn’t use it much. We would love to come back!!

We had a magical time in Milos and Fantasy Rooms was simply perfect as a base. Great facilities, we enjoyed the pool a lot. But really outstanding was the hospitality. Absolutely loved the owners. Firstly, the premises are absolutely beautiful, but the owners are a wonderful family who make you feel like you are home from start to finish. Positioned out of town and spacious with a pool. It had a ranch feel. The rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Adorable hosts, they made us feel very welcome. The pool was a highlight after a day of sightseeing in the heat. An easy walk to town to access shops and restaurants.

Milos is a very windy island. We had room number 2 , and with the door facing the direction it does, the sound of the wind was quite loud all night. Better to have a room with the entrance on the pool side or the sides of the property. Property is well kept, however the surrounding properties you look onto are far less well kept, however not a huge bother. All is in keeping with the rugged and rustic nature of the island. Be prepared for driving down dirt / unpaved/badly paved roads. Value for money, maybe slightly expensive for what is was, but supply and demand hey!

Friendly family fun property not far from Adamantis. Mother and son Antonia and Elias are super friendly and helpful with lots of information about the island and recommendations for the best beaches according to the weather. Also nice to have cold water in the fridge every day and use of a beach umbrella to borrow. The pool area is nice to sit around and relax in. Room refreshed daily was nice. Definitely need a car to get around Milos. Not too far a walk into Adamantis, however the walk is on dirt tracks. Not unsafe, but you might feel a bit unsafe at night.

One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in our 3 week trip to Greece. Modern, clean rooms, great swimming pool, and only a short walk from Adamas. Our lovely hosts Antonia and her son Elias were both incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!

I liked everything.

Fantastic oasis, hosts Antonia Mike and Ilia were so friendly, funny, helpful and treated us like family. They gave great tips where to go and what to do and helped organise car hire and boat tours. Located away from the hustle and bustle yet walk was only 6 min from the main port. Loved the pool/garden area with outdoor shower, great place to unwind. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Felt at home. Loved the balcony.

I can’t say enough good things ! The room was like an art piece with an inlaid stone mosaic floor and plaster built in bedside tables and vanity… classic Cyclades style… the property has beautiful sculptures peppering the grounds made by own of the owners and they melt beautifully into the ambiance. The salt water pool was heaven, surrounded by olive trees and a relaxing sitting area, my favourite was the hanging lounge chair. The hosts are a delightful family that will make you feel like you’ve found your home away from home. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel looked after and taken care of. They speak Greek, Italian and English but the language they spoke best was hospitality. I will make it back there at some point in life!

We loved our stay at Fantasy Rooms and highly recommend it. We were a party of 7 over 4 rooms and they were all wonderful. It was in a great location... just a short 7-10 minute walk into the main town. The hotel rooms were spacious and modern with all the amenities... including beach towels to use. The pool was lovely and relaxing. The hosts were delightful and very accommodating. :) We can't wait to return to Milos and we will definitely be staying at Fantasy Rooms again!
