We stayed in a room with a double bed, a single bed and a ‘sofa bed’ which was just a sofa with bed sheets thrown over it and was not comfortable at all for sleeping on. The bathroom did not have a fan or a window so there was no ventilation and the steam built up. there was not enough space for hanging up towels - just one tiny metal bar in the bathroom and no hooks in the room. The room would often smell of cigarettes - none of the guests in my group smoke. The kitchen had some things but was not well equipped and you had to get creative when cooking

The mattresses on the beds were comfortable, the shower in the bathroom had good pressure and temperature. The room was spacious and the staff were lovely. The pool was really nice as well.

Pool wasn’t in use but we were visiting before season. If buses aren’t running, it’s quite a long and dangerous walk as there’s no pavements from the port.

I liked it all and it was low season so I was able to have a relaxing stay. If I have to find one thing is that the Swimming pool is not very deep, but hello the beach is only 10 minutes away. 😉

Great stay at Fabrica. Room was very spacious, the bed was extra large and very comfy, and the facilities impeccable and very clean. Not all roommates have seaview but the view from the lounge - especially at sunset, is breathtaking. Hotel is 3 minutes from the bus station and the Chora.

The pillows were rock hard and our view was a carpark. Ask for a room at the front.

The location is great and check in and oit was really easy. Everyone who we came across who worked there was friendly.

No reflection on the property but the town of Mykonos was overrun with cruise ship passengers for most of the week I was there, at worst 5 ships in one day.

Superb view of the sunset from the hot tub. The property was very well presented with great views over the sea.

The pool was very small and would of felt uncomfortable if there was more than 5 people in there. There are 4 sun beds but they are put very close together. We thought we had a ocean view room but stayed in a room that didn't have a view. It was a big walk to the port.

It was an easy check in! The entrance/ reception to hotel is located on a busy main road which was easy to locate and reach. The owner allowed us to check in early as our room was ready. There was a small infinity pool with sun beds and bean bags. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was big with great water pressure and felt clean. They supplied toiletries as well. There was a fridge and glassware. The apartments were 2 minutes from the main bus centre and close to restaurants. The airconditioning worked amazingly too! Close to main area of Mykonos town. @meagansarah__

A Safe would be nice although never in my life someone broke into my hotel-rooms in greece.

You can not get a better located spot on Mykonos cause the hotel is directly at the bus- and taxistation. From this station you can only go by feet into the center, thats the point from where you can start to step into the bedazzeling life of Mykonos plus all the busses to the beaches, Port and Airport are leaving from here. My room was absolutely clean and the shower had enough water pressure. You can cook Coffee in the room and in the fridge was water as a gift, showergel and shampoo were another amenities the hotel offered. From the main terrace and the pool of the hotel you have a nice view over whole Mykonos.

Even though it was on the other side of the very busy road (we didn’t feel too safe getting there from the center as there is no pavement and a lot of cars all the time) it was quite noisy (people shouting) at night. Everything else was comfortable but it didn’t make it easy to rest. I guess it is because of the central location, though.

the kitchen facilities were very basic if you wanted to stay in for a meal , no real cooking /toaster/ microwave only a kettle and a very basic hot plate .Towels were changed twice , bedding was not . There was a fair bit of building work going on as it’s the beginning of the season, and a small pool being added which will be a bonus .

the property location was great , just across the road from Fabrika square and the bus stop/station, straight in to shops , bar’s restaurants and supermarkets and the sea . our apartment had 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sofa bed which would easily sleep 6 , the showers were great and lots of hot water , toiletries were supplied and toilet rolls . Our balcony had amazing views over the town and the old port where the cruise ships came in and out and the sunsets were amazing to sit and watch each evening . staff were friendly and helpful, Chris picked us up at the Airport for 15 euros ( a taxi is 25 ) as we had a late arrival , the local bus is 2 euros to the airport .
