We never got a dishcloth, they only refilled toilet roll once, two cups in the suite & we were 3 people and very thin and few blankets.

Location was perfect, the beds were comfortable and room was nice and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great guys!

Reception staff at check in was very quick and in a bad way. It was an apartment type room for 3 people and even though we were only 2, it didn't have all the kitchen utensils, the hair dryer was burnt, the bathroom door handle came off. And it was difficult to find staff at reception. They only put one toilet paper on our second day. We wanted to ask for another one but we didn't find anyone. We didn't manage to get one until the next morning.

The top sheets were a bit dirty. We also noticed all the dishes were quite dirty. I had to clean the cups quite a few times and dirt kept coming off of them. There were limited tools in the kitchen so it wasn’t really useable.

The actual name on property doesn't match the name given on Booking.com it was only using Google maps that i was told i was at correct address but I had to go into property to ask whether I had actually arrived at Fabrica Sunset Apartments. Although apartment new the layout of furniture not great

The kitchen lacks basic equipment like bowls, forks, pan.

Perfect location, very short distance from centre. Amazing little swimming pool with a beautiful view. Hosts were friendly and explained how to get to places.

No sign so difficult to locate appartment. Heavy traffic on road outside. Lack of utensils - cups, glasses, cutlery and pans.

Quite noisy and lots of traffic in the area, it is also opposite the bus station. But this was fine if you want to be close to everything and it made getting the bus to the airport very easy! Only issue was slow wifi.

Great location if you want to be close to town but that does mean there is a bit more noise and traffic! Good value for money place to stay. Staff were very helpful in organising transfers for us during the stay.

Smoking was allowed in the rooms and the smoke odour was evident in the room. Although it had a kitcehn there was not many cooking utensils

Pool wasn’t in use but we were visiting before season. If buses aren’t running, it’s quite a long and dangerous walk as there’s no pavements from the port.

I liked it all and it was low season so I was able to have a relaxing stay. If I have to find one thing is that the Swimming pool is not very deep, but hello the beach is only 10 minutes away. 😉

Great stay at Fabrica. Room was very spacious, the bed was extra large and very comfy, and the facilities impeccable and very clean. Not all roommates have seaview but the view from the lounge - especially at sunset, is breathtaking. Hotel is 3 minutes from the bus station and the Chora.

The pillows were rock hard and our view was a carpark. Ask for a room at the front.

No reflection on the property but the town of Mykonos was overrun with cruise ship passengers for most of the week I was there, at worst 5 ships in one day.

Superb view of the sunset from the hot tub. The property was very well presented with great views over the sea.

The pool was very small and would of felt uncomfortable if there was more than 5 people in there. There are 4 sun beds but they are put very close together. We thought we had a ocean view room but stayed in a room that didn't have a view. It was a big walk to the port.

It was an easy check in! The entrance/ reception to hotel is located on a busy main road which was easy to locate and reach. The owner allowed us to check in early as our room was ready. There was a small infinity pool with sun beds and bean bags. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was big with great water pressure and felt clean. They supplied toiletries as well. There was a fridge and glassware. The apartments were 2 minutes from the main bus centre and close to restaurants. The airconditioning worked amazingly too! Close to main area of Mykonos town. @meagansarah__

It offered a view of the sunset and the city, from a balcony or terrace...but in my room there was only a window facing the street and a tattoo studio
