We had the most amazing stay at Exi Sea Side Suites. Reading some of the reviews beforehand we weren't too sure what to expect; but from our experience it was absolutely fantastic. John was an incredible host, answering any questions both before and during our stay. He gave us recommendations for delicious restaurants, and also some must-see things for us to visit which was really appreciated. We were in the two bedroom villa suite and it was nothing short of stunning. We had everything you could possibly need there and it was very comfortable. The lovely housekeeper would come round every day (not sure if it says it on the booking that this is included, but it was a happy surprise for us!) so we had the flexibility of being able to cook our own meals / having a big lounge and outside area whilst also having the comforts of a hotel with housekeeping cleaning our space and replacing towels when needed! There is lots of parking on the property, which is brilliant as we didn't need to worry about having our hire car on the road - and no reservation was needed for this. The beach is directly infront of the suites, where you can hear the waves crashing on the rocks whilst you are in bed at night...so peaceful! Having driven most of the island on our 8 day stay, we were so pleased with our choice of staying where we were. Perissa is a small seaside village with lots of little shops along the beachfront, and after having explored a lot of the beaches...it is one of our favourite! There is a long strip of bars and restaurants that supply umbrellas with 2 beds that vary in price, for most you will pay through consumption of drinks or food (varying from 30€ to €6) and you will then have that space for the day - which we thought was really good! There are lots of amazing bars and restaurants if you don't want to drive to go out, everyone is so nice and welcoming and the sun rises right outside our window and sets just behind us.

Our stay at Exi Sea Side Suites was a pleasant surprise. The location is right in front of Perissa Beach, with several cafes, markets, and restaurants nearby. The beach is beautiful, very calm, and clean. The apartment is perfect for two people—comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and nice decor. There is a private table in the outdoor area, as well as a shared leisure area in front of the apartment, great for relaxing in front of the beach. The property also offers private parking within the hotel grounds. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

The air con wasn’t that strong in the room, so with the room being on a mezzanine floor then it could be a bit hot when sleeping

John was super helpful. He organized our transfer to the airport and when the driver was late, he even at 3:30 am (!) made himself available to help. He really went out of his way, when the baby cot that we booked broke the night before our arrival, to organise a new one - and he did, in time

Nice and relaxing for a seaside holiday. There is access to the rest of the island by bus, car, boat hire or cruises.

We really liked the 2 bed apartment we stayed in. It was also across the road from the beach and a very nice beach bar with umbrellas called Waves. The supermarket was steps away for any shopping. Restaurants and shops very near to the apartment. The staff were great, friendly and helpful.

Amazing property and staff-John was helpful from before we even got there until our departure with transfers and activities. The property was pretty incredible right across from the beach with a lovely courtyard we enjoyed coffee in every morning. Many shops and restaurants and beautiful beach areas and bus stop close by.

Beautiful room, clean, tidy, designed according to greek island aesthetics (white, dome-like, minimal). Staff friendly, helpful, discrete. Location great, shops nearby, not loud at all, beach wonderful. Premises clean, calm, with couches to lie down and read under the cool shadow of trees. Recommend!

Location was perfect, right on the beachfront and close to amenities including the bus stop to Fira and other places! Seriously can't get better than this spot. The apartment itself is small but completely functional and basic - it covers everything you need for the stay ☺️

Everything was perfect!

Property is well kept. Very clean and tidy! We had the most comfortable stay. Our host John was excellent. Very accommodating and responsive. Property is located in the center of the town. Across the street from the beach and surrounded by various restaurants, bars, shops and convenient stores. Everything is walking distance. What a perfect spot! We absolutely loved our stay!

We had a small bungalow and we were missing some stuff, but it was ok and acceptable. We missed the dinning table and especially some salt, pepper and oil. Everything else was perfect, my son even got some toys for sand playing.

The yard could be better equipped or decorated.

Host very nice and welcoming, the place itself is unusual and cool, spacious, you're steps away from the sea (although you don't see it behind the fence), we really enjoyed our stay and could definitely recommend to others. Also you can park on the property grounds which is really nice.

The location couldn't be better. The beach is right outside and there are several shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The host and the on-site staff who cleaned the rooms were so friendly. We loved our stay here and will defiantly consider returning one day.

Santorini is an island and like many islands has a water problem, whether you use water to shower or wash the dishes the high salt level is an issue. Bottled water is absurdly priced in the local shop, in general, the prices were a bit overpriced for transport, food, coffee, etc. But if you ask around, there are better-priced options. For example, we saved 50% on a taxi from Perissa to Oia, as well as a similar percentage on our airport transport. Added all together we saved 100 euros on taxi fares this way.

Absolutely magical, being there off-season allowed us to have a quiet and restful stay at this unique location. The rooms were great, the gardens a beautiful place to sit and relax, and we even napped daily under the trees. The trees and lights strung in the trees felt like a magical fairy kingdom, especially at night with the fairy lights. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance - a perfect place to replenish. John, who took care of us during our stay was very attentive and checked in daily to see if there was anything that we needed. The day we left, he came at 8:15 AM to help us carry our bags.
