There should be hair&body shampoo in the bathrom. The leaky tap and syphon might be disturbing and need to be repaired.

The owner of the property is helpful. It is only 4 mins away from the Naxos airport by taxi and 15 mins away from the port by walking. It is also located very close to the Saint George beach.

Beds were a little hard and bathroom could use some upgrades. Bathroom is quite small so keep this in mind.

The room style/decor is a little older. The walls a little dirty, but overall the room and furniture were still clean. The bathroom was tight. The shower wand did not have a hook so we always had to hold it with one hand. There was no shower curtain therefore we had to be conscious not to splash water everywhere. Though this seems pretty typical in older greek buildings. Unfortunately this leads to more water on the floor and more humidity. The kitchenette is small, we didn't end up using it, we would just go out to eat. We were 2 people, with our large suitcases in the room, it was a little tight.

The location was great, walking distance to a family-friendly beach. It was also close enough to the marina boardwalk and town for a nice evening stroll. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts were super kind and helpful in planning our activities (Thank you!). Good place for a simple and clean room just to rest at night. I would recommend it for a solo traveller or for a couple travelling light.

The WiFi connection was not working but might be because we were on the top floor. The beds are very hard and there was a cockroach in the room.

The staff was really nice and the location is great. Very close to car rental locations and easy to access from the port.

WiFi and AC were not working but since we only stayed there for 2 nights this was not a problem for us and we did not complain. Sink in the bathroom was leaking. The street was quite noisy at night.

Nice accommodation, very well located in the centre of Naxos and at walking distance from Chora and Agios Georgios. Good room size and very clean and comfortable. Nice balcony.

The water was running in the bathroom sink, the fridge wasn't in a very good condition and the kitchen wasn't working properly so in the end we were not able to cook some food. Also it was written that there is a terrace which I didn't see.

The room is very cute, old style and really cozy. It's very close to Naxos Chora around 10 minutes on foot and the Saint George beach around 5 minutes away. What I liked the most was the staff, was really friendly and helpful.

the pictures made available upon booking specifically highlight the acceptable parts of the property and do not show the incredible poor facilities. the apartment felt damp and seemed to be falling apart. the outside had recently been renovated - so that looked promising. however, the indoors have probably not been touched in decades. we decided to move to another apartment next door that was incredible. a few examples of why we did that: - the shower has no curtains or anything that will prevent the bathroom/ bedroom from turning into a swimming pool. according to the owners this is by design for hygiene reasons. - the shower only allows you to run water from the tap and not the shower head. it’s not actually possible to shower at all. given that we plan to spend a lot of time at the beach this is tricky. - the toilet does not flush - we left the apartment the day we arrived (as we booked an alternative apartment instead). when we returned after 5 nights the toilet had still not been fixed (poo that was a few days old was still floating in it) - the kitchen has no working area and is very poorly equipped. appliances are very old. cooker is stationed on top of fridge!?!? no place to actually prepare food or dry plates etc - this is a 4 person apartment. according to the owners it has a table to seats 6, we only had a minimal table with two chairs. - the beds were somehow short and small - this was our impression, not sure if this was due to presentation or a fact since we did not sleep on them. one of the beds was a very old chair turned into a bed, which would maybe suit a toddler, small child - unsuitable for an adult, teenager. in short - as a family of four this apartment was totally unsuitable, and we felt that this owner was dishonest. they refused to engage with us via booking.com and we ended up not getting our money back.

Friendly people but accommodation is not up to standard. We booked a 10 night stay at EVI in a room with 2 single beds. When we wanted to add on an extra 2 days at the beginning, that room was not available so we took another room with a double bed and a single bed expecting to be able to move to our originally booked room thereafter. On arrival we found the “double bed” too small and as a result one of us had to sleep on the single bed in the corner of the room. The bathroom light did not work and neither did the one plate on the stove. There was also no pot, frying pan or kettle so no means of making coffee/tea or cooking anything. There were no plugs in either the bathroom basin or the kitchen sink and the handle of the toilet brush was broken off. I phoned the landlady and said she would come to our room the next morning. We showed her everything the next day. She went away and came back with a pot, a pan and a small beaker to make coffee. I explained to her that we held another booking for a different room but when the time came to move, she told me we had to stay where we were. I was very unhappy due to the sleeping arrangements and we thought they would still return to fix the bathroom light, bring plugs and sort the stove out. Needless to say, we spent 12 nights in a room that was not what we had booked, they never returned to sort the bathroom light out nor the stove. The wooden steps as well as the wooden balustrades are all rotten. They have had blue paint sloshed all over in an attempt to hide the rotten wood and it was so badly done, there are splashes of blue paint everywhere. on the walls, on the floor and even in our kitchen sink. Although we got clean towels every day and clean bedding every 2nd or 3rd day, the towels and linen are mostly old and tatty and some with stains on. There were also no blankets - only heavy bedspreads. A pathetically tiny clothes cupboard too! See my Google review under the name “Annie” for photos.

The beds in both rooms were uncomfortable and quite small. The equipment available (e.g. fridge, kitchen appliances) were old and could've been in better condition. The air conditioners were old as well. The bathrooms, while clean, didn't have enough lighting (in the one bathroom, it felt like showering in the dark). There was also no shower curtain or cabin in either of the two bathrooms, resulting in wet (and therefore slippery) bathroom floors after every shower. Furthermore, one of the shower heads was broken and leaking water from the side. Overall, the rooms were too expensive for what was offered, even for high season.

The owners were very kind, helpful and always available. The location of the property was great (close to the center, public/free parking nearby). Clean towels were provided daily. The two rooms we booked had separate bathrooms, which saved us a lot of time. The rooms and their bathrooms were fairly clean (with some "dusty" exceptions).

There is no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet after a shower. but otherwise its lovely!

Evi and her husband were very friendly and kind to us, they even went to buy salt for us because we asked if they had any so we could cook in our room. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to a nice beach & very close to the main streets for food, drinks and shopping (but not too close so that we could sleep peacefully at night)

The rooms and the bathrooms are not comfy enough for the price requested. When we arrived, the first night, they told us our room was busy, we needed to sleep in a smaller one (but they charged the same price anyway) and change it the morning after. We did it, but the morning after our room was still busy and the owner told us to leave all stuffs in a common area (consider the building main doors and the entrance gate are usually open to everyone). This was a bit unpleasant, I can understand sometimes might happen, but they should managed it better.

The building is nice and located in quiet area, close to the city center. The owner is nice and friendly.
