The walls were a bit thin so we had to sleep with earplugs as some of the other guests were very loud through the night.

Bad Location really need a shuttle bus to get down the hill and into run town. Lots of steps at the hotel not good. I’m very disappointed our tv didn’t work. Don’t like using app. Cocktails were small week expensive for what they were.

Our stay at Mykonos Essence was simply perfect, the staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were great, rooms nice, cool and clean and the pool had a wonderful view. Would definitely return, a big thank you to all of the team!

The wifi is easy to access but the internet connection speed is slow during the day when many of the guests are logged in and sharing the bandwidth. Early hours it was perfect.

The greeting on arrival was the best I've had- lovely front of house. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was good quality with lots of options. The elevated aspect of the hotel gave lovely views and the location was superb.

Not sure how many rooms have a view, ours didn’t and we couldn’t see many than would. Also, not very soundproof so if people were coming home in the early hours, everything could be heard. Breakfast was ok but could definitely do with being improved. It’s also very disappointing that Cappuccinos, Lates, Espressos aren’t included. Pool doesn’t have much of a vibe (if any) and literally overlooks a car park. Hotel located on a very steep hill, be prepared. Appreciate the summer months are busy, but there was no option to extend our room despite not travelling till late at night, nor was there a courtesy room for travellers to get showered etc. it’s literally a shower block at the bottom of the stairs in reception. Very disappointing for a 4* plus hotel, located in a place like Mykonos. Also personally, very disappointing that despite mentioning when we booked and contacted the hotel directly before our stay to reiterate we were celebrating a special anniversary there was no mention of it during our stay, not so much as a card in the room or petals on the bed!

The property was very clean, bright and situated in a lovely little town only a short distance away from Mykonos town via bus. The lady on reception with short curly hair was superb (sorry didn’t catch your name) but was very welcoming and helpful.

Our stay was exceptional! I really think this must be a five star hotel. Not only the facilities are top but the staff really make the difference. They helped us with everything we needed, from renting a car till boat ride to Delos and not only that they were really ahead of our needs. Our room was always impeccably clean and with the right temperature and the breakfast was always delicious and fresh. Chef really makes a nice job there. Nothing negative to add.

Staff were amazing, especially front desk lady (so sorry forgotten her name). Warm welcome, 24/7 support via WhatsApp, transfers arranged by the hotel, so handy! Views and pool were great! Location perfect for us, nearby to the beach!

We had an AMAZING stay at Mykonos essence hotel. The staff were very accommodating from organising taxis and activities to going above and beyond to clean our room to an immaculate standard, breakfast view was nice as well as the pool. The hotel is in very close proximity to a local beach, supermarkets and bus stops which can take you to Mykonos town for about 2€ per person! Overall, the staff were so welcoming, we all felt very safe and would definitely return!! Love from the girlllllllsssssess xxxx

Room is a bit outdated, no facilities (sauna, hot tub, etc).

A “family-owned” style hotel. The staff are lovely & friendly. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. If you want a good location hotel, and away from the crowds, don’t think twice!
