Minimal dining space inside but luckily the weather was perfect when we were there so could use the lovely outdoor setting.

The hosts were extremely hospitable- they even picked us up from the airport and baked us fresh Greek pastries. There is a lovely outdoor patio are with a view to the beach and port area. Ten minute walk into town.

When we rented the apartment we did not expect more than a place to stay. The host was amazingly helpful! He met us close to the apartment and helped us in. Showed us where we can park our rental car (on street, no assigned spot but never had a problem during high season) and gave us great info on what to do on the island. The host family was very generous. The had a bottle of wine and fresh baked goods waiting for us. There was coffee machine ready to go with pods to make to make coffee and a beautiful welcome basket. The host's wife make us fresh baked goods more than once ....she is a fabulous baker and really should open a bakery. They are a lovely family and I would stay there again if I ever get the chance to go back!

The host is exceptional. They picked us up from the port by car, always checked to make sure we are ok, offered a lot of information about the island, even helped us book a private boat tour. The fridge was full with drinks and food when we arrived as well as fresh pastries made by his wife. The apartment is extremely clean and beautiful, it has everything you need and it is very well positioned.

Beautiful property very close to the beach and town of Adamas. The hosts are lovely and provide good recommendations for things to do on the island. They helped with bags to and from the port and gave us delicious homemade snacks. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, kindest hosts ever, great bedrooms with amazing Air Comditioning, fully stocked kitchen. The hosts were wonderful from the start. Fast communication, kind hearted, filled with love and caring. Help to and from airport with bags. Yummy treats during our stay and more baked goodies for my sons birthday. Amazing 5 days in Milos due to this place. Highly recommend.

This property was so cute and comfortable we were so happy with our lovely hosts they made beautiful food and continually checked to see if we needed anything and helped with both transfers. It’s a little walk in to the main area takes 5-10 mins good way to walk off all the yummy food. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Shower over bath could have better set up as can be tricky to manoeuvre. Currently (early June 2024) there is a construction site as you open the door which was running 6 days from 8am so wasn’t great if you wanted to sit on balcony or sleep in. It would have been nice to know this before we paid and stayed as it was disappointing to hear this every day, lucky we were out a lot otherwise would have been a problem for us, better to inform customers of this as was a little annoyed owners didn’t let us know upfront.

Super helpful host who gave us lots of treats during our stay and also tips where to visit, eat etc on island. Apartment has spacious balcony and hosts have tried to think of everything you could need.

This place was amazing! The apartment is so nice and clean and very modern. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. We were greeted by home made sweet bread and a ton of extras. They went above and beyond. They also helped with transportation and helpful tips around Milo’s. It is a short walking distance to the city center to Adamas and there several wonderful restaurants close by. We were very impressed by everything this wonderful place had to offer!

Location to beach and town was fantastic. Comfortable beds and pillows and patio space great for morning coffee and happy hour perfect. Hosts went above and beyond including home baked goodies, water, coffee, wine and fruit. Information about the island, and good suggestion for renting e-bikes, and for a boat ride. Giannis and Sofia were just beautiful hosts and so lovely and helpful! They will forever be a beautiful memory of our stay in Milo’s. Thea Sofia made her homemade goodies for us upon arrival and the next day! The place was clean, they were so helpful. Perfection. I will stay there again!

The hosts were amazing. We were picked up from the port and taken to the property. During our stay we were given information on best places to go whilst there. Sophia cooked us fresh food and the fridge was full of goodies on arrival.My daughter unfortunately was unwell for two days they organised a doctor and contacted me twice a day to check on her. Absolutely super host, great property great location will definitely stay her again.

Everything about Esperos Seaside Suite was amazing from the incredible, kind hosts to the comfortable and very well equipped accommodation. Yiannis, Sofia and Stamatis were incredible hosts who ensured we were comfortable and had what we needed on a daily basis. Stamatis messaged us in advance of our arrival to let us know that Yiannis would meet us at the port and bring us to the apartment and followed-up daily to ensure we had everything we needed. Sofia ensured we had everything we needed in the apartment from towels to a well stocked fridge which was great for breakfast. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our hosts took the time to suggest places to visit in Milos. We absolutely loved our stay at Esperos Seaside Suite and would recommend to family and friends. We would definitely stay here again. We felt like we were staying with family! Thank you Yiannis, Sofia and Stamatis!!

Esperos Suite was one of the best place accommodation I’ve stayed in, exceptionally clean & comfortable. Close to town, less than 10 minute walk. The owners made it feel like we were staying at our own families, all the small details were so kind & appreciated. The owner picked us up from the airport & took us to a local rental company so we could hire a quad bike for our stay. We we’re also treated to baked goods on arrival & Greek lunch left for us the following day. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Milo’s. I will absolutely be back !

I really cannot think of anything, the stay was terrific. I have heard a few people had some issues with the shower, but I personally thought it was fine. It is not the typical American type of shower as it is in a tub and the shower unit is an extension connected to the tub faucet (but connected to the wall so you don't have to hand hold it, but could if you wanted) so it takes a little getting used to. However, once you get comfortable it's really pretty good in my opinion. I liked how there is a window about head high so I could look out at the island scenery as I was taking the shower. :)

As this was our first visit to Milos, we were not sure what to expect for accommodations. Esperos Seaside Suites were fantastic and even better than what I expected from the pictures. The hosts are very friendly and nice. It feels more like you are staying at the house of a family member or friend than staying in a hotel. They made sure we had everything we needed, including picking us up at the airport and taking us to a place we could rent a car. They were so many little person touches around the place, including homemade baked bread waiting for us! :) I definitely recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Milos. God willing if we're ever able to return, this is where I would want to stay again. The accommodations and location are terrific, but even more important the hosts are so friendly and kind.

The old couple were really nice, they picked us up from the airport and drove us to the port for departure. They also prepared nice cookies and cakes, and the landowner constantly check with us if we need help. The rooms are also cozy. Overall it was a really good stay!

The host and family were incredible, we felt at home. They picked us up from the Ferry terminal, when we arrived we had food in the fridge, juice, water.. all the essentials. Super helpful with tips for daily trips and where to go. They also helped with facilitating a car rental and fresh cakes.. absolutely Exceptional !!
