Despite our request for a double toom for our honeymoon, they provided two single beds. We also endured 3 nights without AC in peak summer, receiving a room change only after expressing strong displeasure.

We appreciated the hotel's proximity to the old town, shops and restaurants surrounded by many car rentals and eateries.

Bathroom was so small one could not open the door fully Shower was overflowing after a few second Swimming pool can fit perhaps 5 people max at a time

Nothing to fault

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment in a group of 4 for 10 nights and we loved it. The room was clean, spacious and our view over the front of the hotel was gorgeous. The location was also amazing. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast included was far nicer than expected that we ended up eating here every morning.

We were treated with exceptional service and their attention the smallest details did not go unnoticed. The breakfast serviced in the mornings at the hotel was 5 stars especially with their friendly staff and their efficient service.

Asked reception to book us a taxi the night before our ferry departure - they told us to come back in the morning of as it would be fast to come. We then asked 4 hours before our ferry to be told to come back just before we needed to leave as they would only be a few minutes away and there was no need to book. We then asked 20 minutes before our original planned time to leave the hotel thinking this would be plenty of time due to the information they gave us. They didn’t communicate there was no taxis available and told us to just wait and see, we had to run with our 24kg cases to the ferry port which was over 3km in the heat in the middle of the day. We nearly missed our connecting ferry even though we had originally asked to book the taxi the day before. Our room was also not as shown in the pictures. We thought by the pictures online it would be as nice as it looked in them, but was disappointed with what we were given.

The room that we were given exceeded our expectations. The staff is welcoming and will answer all your questions with a gracious smile. The pool area was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was just that…a buffet to please all the senses! Short walk to the beach and many restaurants and even the port area. Longer walk to the Medieval town but it can still very easily be done

The bathroom facilities in the room need to be address as a matter or urgency. It is very small - there is a glass door when opening it, it takes up any floor space to walk in. There is a sign to save water, the toilet takes a huge amount of water to try to flush even then it was may not be successful (tissues were not the issue). My suggestion would make the bathrooms - wet rooms instead or at least get a folding door, sliding door or barn door to give the feeling of extra room. I wouldn't like to fall in the bathroom which could happen due to the shower facilities, it would be very hard for someone to get in to help. Toilet facilites in public areas were great.

This hotel excels in so many things. The staff are excellant, the breakfast is brillant, very clean and enjoyed all this. Yes it could do with an update on bedroom furniture but overall it was very good value for money. The location is great. There was daily cleaning. The pool was fine. I would love to give this hotel an extremely high rating but can't for the room's bathroom facilities. This is unfortunate as it exceled my expections is so many ways as the staff couldn't do enough for you.

as someone with high expectations, I could not find any faults with our stay.

as an experienced traveller, this was probably one of my best hotel experiences. check in stress free, receptionist allowed us to borrow some plugs for our room, bedroom was brilliant for our stay. price was great and included breakfast. staff were amazing. hotel situated in a perfect location close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. for the first time I’m really struggling to find fault with our experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Rhodes

This hotel has serious problem with plumbing so the smell in rooms is bad. In purpose to eliminate this they use serious chemicals to clean rooms. But the smell in rooms doesn't get better from that.

When I arrived I was told the room I booked was across the street from the main hotel in an apartment building. It was late and I was tired and I didn’t ask questions. The apartment was dirty. I could hear the wind howling throughout the apartment. There wasn’t a sofa. What would have been sofas were beds with mattresses. The hairdryer was on a wall outside the bathroom. It was depressing. In the morning I complained. The manager offered free breakfast. I showed the pictures of the room I had booked. He finally “found” a room in the main hotel which met my expectations. During the discussions with the staff and manager they mentioned I was traveling alone. It was unclear why they were focused on me staying alone in the room.

The location is great. It’s in the city center near restaurants and the beach. There are several small supermarkets nearby.

The furniture is from the 70's, the rooms are old, weathered and dirty. The images are deceptive on the listing as they out their modern rooms front and centre. The receptionist was the sassiest, most rude member of staff I have ever come across during my travels all across Greece. Overall terrible experience.
