We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceThe idea of preselecting from the previous evening your breakfast options seemed very good at first to avoid food waste however I would prefer to be able to chose on same day based on appetite. I didn’t check if they can accommodate any change on short notice to be able to tell on their flexibility. However as a principle I find it very sustainable.
Very clean, everything new and tidy with extremely polite and smiley staff exhibiting interest to accommodate all our needs. The location is at the heart of Nafplio city making it easy to enjoy the city at every hour of the day!

Very nice room, beautiful aesthetics, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is in the heart of Nafplio and still the room was very quiet! The personnel was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very rich and the idea of choosing what you want from the previous night and have it delivered to your door was nice. Overall a great experience - would definately recommend it.

United KingdomA beautiful property created with love and attention to detail. It’s modern with great amenities in the rooms but also very charming. Every room seems to have a balcony which was perfect for (an excellent) breakfast. It’s right on the edge of the main square in the old town which is very central and atmospheric but the double glazed windows make it extremely quiet inside the room. We had a perfect stay.

IsraelBreakfast is served on a small veranda or in the room. If you want to have it at a certain time on the veranda, you should make a reservation on the evening before, especially at weekends.
It is my 2nd time in this hotel. Its location is excellent, right at the center of Nafplio, yet only 5 minutes walk from the public (free) parking at the port. The rooms are new, modern, and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was on time, there was a good selection and it was all fresh. The view from the room was ‘over the city’ but a huge tree blocked our view of the main square.

United StatesOur room was of a good size, but could be more functional. For example, there was only place for one suitcase. A luggage rack would have been great. It would also have been nice to have a bigger table to have the great breakfast. It rained while we were there so we were not able to have it out on the balcony.
Our room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. With the windows closed it was very quiet and the AC worked very well. Breakfast was excellent with a huge set of options and delivered to the room every day. Location was very convenient to everything in the old town. Special shout out to the excellent bath products!

Room was so comfortable and well designed with every need catered for. Breakfast was delicious and staff were helpful and kind. The balcony looking out over the piazza was our favourite bit - a chance to read or work but also feel connected. And Nafplio is wonderful for walks and sea swimming.
