The interior of the room was dated, but it didn’t really dampen the overall positive impression.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of Sitia with sea view. Very clean with a modern bathroom. All for a very reasonable price. Sandy beach just a stone’s throw away.

Furniture is a bit old-style but fully functional and perfectly working.

Small family owned hotel just in the center of Sitia, in front of the beach and few meters far from restaurants and bars. Very quiet at night, spacious and clean room with nice balcony overlooking the bay. Basic but complete breakfast. Very useful internal parking. Spacious toilet, towels regularly replaced. A perfect starting point to explore Eastern Crete.

The shower was awful. It did not sit on the wall stand so could only be used as a hand shower within a very confined space The breakfast was okay.

The hotel is old, and the rooms have not been renovated, but the bathroom has been renovated, although it is a bit small. The Wifi was very slow.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient. It is next to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The room we stayed in was at the back of the main road, so we didn't hear any noises. The parking was also very convenient. The breakfast did not have a large variety, but everything was fresh. Also, the staff was very kind, so if you needed anything special, they could accommodate you. Finally, the hotel was very clean.

It’s location 30 seconds from the beach and restaurants, its free parking in the rear, the helpful personnel (they made me hot tea when I didn’t feel well), A good breakfast, a spacious and comfortable room, a nice balcony with drying rack, table and chairs overlooking the sea, quiet.

Air con very noisy, even with earplugs. Turned it off but could hear next door's extractor coming through from the balcony. So sleep was difficult. Shower average.

The rooms are very basic, which might not be suitable for everyone. The hotel's two-star rating should be kept in mind when booking. The doors are simple wooden doors, which means that noise from the hallway can easily be heard inside the rooms. This can be a disturbance, especially if there are other guests moving around late at night or early in the morning.

The hotel is located at 14 Karamanli Str., Sitia, right on the promenade, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The rooms are basic but comfortable, exactly as described on the hotel's website. This transparency ensures that guests know what to expect. The convenience of having a parking area at the back is very useful for guests traveling by car, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about parking issues.

No electrical sockets by the beds, too few power points for two people to re-charge their phones, camera batteries etc. In the morning infuriating non-stop beeping from the aircon system (to stop it remove the room key from its socket for a few seconds). No coffee making facilities.

1970s decor, though the bathroom was brand new. Beautiful view. Good location at the quiet end of town. Nice restaurants right in front of the hotel with tables by the water. Good parking on the premises (right behind the hotel).

Perfect location. Six minute walk from bus station,10 minutes from port. Enough eating places for the scale of the town. The room was clean with a lovely sea view and the reception lobby was comfortable and welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage in a secure room on the day of departure,until our ferry. Adequate breakfast, too. No faults at all. Thank you

WiFi is a little shaky if you need to use it a lot, but all in all it’s a serviceable hotel on a budget; getting some breakfast included in the price started the day off well.

Place is splendidly located with an unbeatable view of the sea front of the city. 90 seconds from the nearest beach sun lounger.

I was perfectly happy as it met my needs…..room simple clean and with balcony….bathroom slightly dated but all clean and all worked. Hotel has breakfast room and lobby and parking but little else……but fab location with everything short walk.

Great location close to town, almost on the beach, lots of restaurant choices, close to harbour, friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean, good breakfast.
