You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe shower drain sometimes kept the water in the shower. And the shower curtain likes to hug you. Also when it was dark it was dark. I can understand that some people love it, but personally I like a little lights shining threw.
There is a big pool, free parking space, good air-conditioning and really good restaurant surroundings it. If you walk you are able to go to the beach in 5 min. The garden is perfect, they have wild ground birds that provide from they're perfectly held garden. The flowers on the plants bloom very pretty! Also there are many cats!! I love it There is a bar where you can buy water and snacks!

Everything was clean, near to the very nice beach. Our room was comfortable with a big balcony. Nice area around to pool with sunbeds and sun umbrella. Cleaning every day. Nice personal.

United KingdomThe staff/ family that ran it. The family were very unfriendly, to the point of being rude. The daughter that tended the snack bar/ bar couldn’t be bothered to say please or thank you, rolled her eyes when she had to get up to serve you & I didn’t see her smile once in a week. She was doing homework with her daughter at the bar & was shouting at her so loudly the other sister at the back end of the hotel could hear & had to come out & ask her to stop shouting, which only resulted in more shouting between them. This other sister was the same, unfriendly & unable to smile to guests, it felt like they didn’t want us there. Old man & wife that obviously owned it didn’t say much but would acknowledge you at least, their daughters will close the place down if they carry on treating paying guests like that. Was also accused of breaking the shower head, saw on someone else’s review theirs was broken too & when they complained were advised the other part works so it’s not broken, therefore didn’t report it when we say it on arrival. Asked for late check out & willing to pay but was told the hotel was fully booked.. don’t believe this was true, barely half full when we left.
The room, very nice & seemed very out of place compared to the rest of the rooms in it , we usually end up in dated Greek hotel’s & apartments. I believe ours was only took like this in the hotel.

United KingdomThe original room, the online photos, do not reflect or give an accurate statement of the rooms. The ensuite bathrooms are so tiny that you cannot move comfortably from the toilet to the shower. Too too small, The rooms are tiny.

FrancePretty Bad Experience. At the reception when I checked in, they told me my room was in another pavilion, not in the main one. So officially my room was in a very different, awful style hotel and I had the real sensation that my booking was not correctly registered and expected. on the confirmation this info (room in a very different / second pavilion) should absolutely be said. So a very bad room, a pretty essential breakfast and moreover the transfer to the airport organised by the reception forgot about me. After many requests the lady called him and it was quite embarrassing.

Exceptional value for money, the hotel offers a wonderful pool area that quickly became a favorite spot for us to relax. The rooms were not only clean but also comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our island explorations. A highlight of our visit was the warm hospitality shown by the owner, Mihele, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
