You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BulgariaThe door of the room was terrible. Everything was old with no maintenance. The staff was boring. There was a parking agreement but it wasn’t so we have to go to the private one and pay extra. But in general was random place.
The room was old fashioned and it was like a fairy tale.

PortugalBreakfast is served by one person at a counter to choose for you at a buffett!! Covid is history! All a bit worn out, meaning looking scruffy.
First moment the furniture, but if I would have to stay longer, I guess I wouldn't like that. However, as we arrived there during the torrential rain, we were glad for safe (dry) parking for our motorcycles and space to dry our clothes.

GreeceWater pressure was a bit low, the carpets need changing (the hotel informed us that they will be changing them shortly). There was also a heatstroke when we arrived and the building is not very heat proof due to being old.
Clean, vintage aesthetic, there was a double bed curtain, the mat was very soft, large bathtub. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

AustraliaThe hotel is old and could do with a complete refurbishment. The bathroom was quite small and required a degree of athleticism to get in and out of the shower.
Location excellent a short walk to the railway station and very close to restraunts and town centre. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast wasn't fancy but quite substantial. It was clean and my room was made up daily. Probably good value for money.

GreeceBreakfast was meant to be buffet. Instead you had to stand behind a glass partition and ask or point at the food opposite. It felt like begging, it was really uncomfortable although we were never denied anything. So buffet breakfast is not really buffet.
