Location is great, very close to a beautiful beach, nice local restaurants and supermarket. Quiet area, a nice garden to sit and relax, spacious room, good size kitchen with all the basics you need, big balcony with great view, bathroom with shower, tv and books available in the room. The owner is a very helpful gentleman, responds to requests quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing much really it’s pretty good value for 2 stars.

The host Michael went out of he’s way to make our stay enjoyable and gave us a lot of information on the island including its history and recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. It’s only a couple of hundred metres to the best beach and restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful in general with a few things that could be imrpoved. Despite a nice and large bathroom, the shower was way too small and it wasn't comfortable with a shower curtain. It would have also been nice to have a small couch or lounge seater inside as the balcony was too sunny in the mornings. However despite these small inconveniences, we had all we needed.

This hotel apartment was a wonderful surprise in the port of Alinda. Our host Michalis did everything to help us with providing info about the area and helping us rent a car. His information was invaluable and we tried a lot of his recommendations with great results! The room was nice with a fully equipped kitchen and great location - just steps away from the beach with many tavernas and a supermarket. It was up a small hill but nothing to cause any issues. It had everything we needed for our stay as well as a lovely balcony with a view of the bay from a distance. There was also a very convenient parking lot as part of the apartment.

The place was clean. It has a small kitchen that could be very useful for small children. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Child friendly place. The beach is in 5 min walking distance. We will definitely stay here again if we go to Leros once more.

We were greeted by Mr. Michalis, the hotel's manager. He was very pleasant, helpful and did everything in his capacity to make our trip enjoyable. He suggested places to visit, eat, swim - we took his advice and were very pleased. Our room was like a studio apartment; other than the bedroom, we had a very versatile kitchen and a bathroom/shower. Very sufficient. It had a balcony which had a sea view. We watched the sunrise every morning during our stay. Our apartment was cleaned meticulously every day. We were very comfortable and felt at home.

Little touches to the bathroom may be needed in the future but it was not bothering us.

Hotel Elena has a great location, only 3-4 minutes of walking to the beautiful beach of Alinda, around 200 meters. Alinda is very calm and peaceful if this is what you look for. Michael is the most hospitable host, we felt like at home, he was very helpful to give us lots of useful information about Leros island and places to see, where to eat, what to do. He is also a historian so knows a lot about the history of the island too. Thank you Michael for all your kindness and help. We would definitely stay at Hotel Elena again because we felt very welcome. Our room was spacious, had a balcony, all that we needed in the room was present. There was a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, utensils and an iron + hairdryer was also provided. Also, just 2-3 minutes away from the hotel, there is a super market where you can purchase all that you look for and right next door to that supermarket is the bus station to go around in Leros. We did not rent a car but went to Lakki by bus to visit the War Museum. Just know the buses do not operate on Sunday. Agia Marina, only 2 km away, can also be reached on foot in 25-30 minutes. Or 5 min. by taxi or bus. Taxi costs 15 Eur one way. Leros is a beautiful island and Alinda (at least for us) was the right place to stay on a mother and 10 year old son vacation because of being close to the beach frequented mostly by Greek families, not touristy at all, we had the chance to see local people in their local environment which we appreciated very much.

This is a family owned hotel and they were so kind and accommodating with anything we needed. Early check-in, late check-out, helping make reservations, arranging rental vehicles, etc. we appreciated their kindness as we were traveling with a 3 year old .

Off the beaten path, taxi takes time to come . Shower is small.

We were greeted by Mike (Michael) who manages the hotel. He went multiple times out of his way to help us when we needed, especially when we became stranded on the island and extra night due to high winds and the ferry was cancelled. He made calls to the harbor master and made sure we had a room for the night plus so many other gestures. We had a room with a view with to the bay plus there was a kitchenette (we didn’t use). Bottled water is also given. Quiet location.

Absolutely amazing room with everything you needed for a very pleasant stay. The owner of the hotel was absolutely lovely and gave me lots of knowledge about the island which was very helpful as I was travelling alone with my 7 year old daughter. I would absolutely stay here again and I've already recommended it to my family.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. You can easily reach beaches, restaurants and all other point of interests in 5 minutes. Mihailis is a very friendly man that knows everything about the island. He taught us history of the island and advised best beaches and restaurants. Definitely this hotel will be our first option when we visit Leros again.

The Elena Hotel is on one of the best locations in Leros, very close to beautiful Alinda beach, nice restaurants and markets. It is very clean, has a wide bedroom, high ceilings, a balcony with a nice view, enough closets, a kitchen with all equipments working. Our host was a historian, gave us lots of useful information about the island on a free map. I will definitely stay on this hotel next time, and recommend all to do the same.

Mihalis provided friendly and courteous hospitality. He promptly addressed any requests regarding room amenities, directions to the beach, touristic sites, calling taxis, etc. It is a clean and welcoming place to stay. The hotel is on a hill within walking distance of the beach and various bars, snack bars and tavernas and there is a mini-market nearby, just down the street. The town of Agia Marina is about 25-30 minute walk, or a short taxi ride. Mihalis will call a driver for you. A bonus is the spectacular view of the sunrise over the Aegean from the room!

The street in front of the venue can sometimes be noisy unless you keep the balcony door shut. Anyways, we kept it shut during nights for running the AC. August temperatures are simply too high...

Convenient location just 200 m away from Alinda beach... Michalis, the host is a very gentle and helpful person.
