Location. Right in the middle of island, bus stop right at the hotel, close to Corfu town, and access to private beach with great snorkeling possibilities. Staff. Really awesome. I had a feeling that I am more a guest than a client. Personal touch to everyone, staff was very helpful in everything, all conversations with them felt like talking to old friends! Tasos and Sofia did really great job to make you feel valued! I never experienced nothing like this attitude! Free sup boards. That was nice, were you experiencing something like this also? Bath cosmetics. Greek brands, but the quality was very good! Breakfast. Gorgeous! Just try tahini, Greek yogurt and honey toast. Delicious!!!

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. They gave us cocktails on arrival and helped us hire a car, restaurant recommendations and anything else we needed. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order, great coffee. They also provided unlimited bottled water throughout our stay which was much appreciated.

AustraliaWe had a wonderful 4 days at the Eleals hotel. The hosts Tasos and Sophie were very welcoming and personable, they went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. They gave us very good recommendations on what to do and where to go. All the staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast and meals were delicious. It is a nice and quiet location and the beach is beautiful with easy tunnel access. Thank you Eleals hotel for an amazing time spent, they made you feel like family.

This hotel should be called ‘Sofia Hotel’. Not offending Tasos, her brother. These two young people make the staying in Eleals hotel a unique enjoyable experience! Answering any need before you know you need it. From arranging car rental, boat rental, hosting in a near by pool and spa, ordering restaurant reservations, and of course any other things you need in the hotel. All with good English, smile on their faces, personal attitude and thinking two steps ahead. The hotel itself is very clean. In a good spot as a base for travelling the island. The breakfast is good and despite the menu, you can get everything you ask for. Quick, fresh and tasty. In general all the stuff is reflecting Sofia’s management.

TurkeyThe hotel was beautifully decorated, with exceptionally comfortable beds and room cleanliness. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, each option was truly delicious. One evening, we chose to dine at the hotel, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s seaside location was picturesque, we had a wonderful sunrise view, though the beach was pebbly and had some seaweed, so it's wise to bring water shoes. The staff was remarkably helpful, composed of individuals who were not only skilled but genuinely passionate about their work. A special thanks to Sophia, who offered outstanding recommendations for beaches and restaurants across the island.

The food menu for dinner and breakfast is absolutely amazing - every dish we tried was delicious, and the cocktails were equally impressive. The location is perfect, close to the water, which offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel provides stand-up paddleboards, adding a fun and unique touch to the experience. The staff truly stood out with their friendliness and professionalism. They were always prepared to accommodate specific requests and provided thoughtful attention to details, making our stay even more enjoyable. For sure, we will come back to this hotel!

Amazing small hotel where we always felt very welcomed from day one. The water on the beach is the cleanest I have ever seen and also very warm and calm, just perfect for a relaxed swimming. Not to mention, the beach is very private, so it almost always was only us. Def not the last stay in this hotel!

United KingdomSome issues with water drainage in the walk-in shower - they did try to fix it when I reported, however the problem was not fully resolved.
The front desk staff were excellent - extremely friendly and helpful in every possible way. They truly went above and beyond. Top notch breakfast - A la carte menu to chose from as much as you like. Beautiful sea view from the room. The private beach area was lovely and I actually preferred this pebbly beach with clear water. A few nice restaurants within walking distance (Zephyros restaurant about 10 mins walk away was really good). A short drive away is the pretty marina town of Benitses - with a nice selection of restaurants with al fresco dining. One in particular - Flora's restaurant was outstanding. Ended up going there three times in the week.

From booking beds at beach clubs to dinner reservations to renting a car, the staff help with everything , nothing is too big of an ask.
