You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Turkeywi-fi is not very stable in the rooms, breakfast is poor, the room had the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen. I had to sit side to fit into the toilet seat, I am a medium size woman :)
Location. 10-15 minutes walk to the port and 5-10 minutes walk to the main square where you can get the bus to the airport. I also walked from the main bus terminal to the hotel which took less than half an hour. Good for a short stay, 1-2 nights in between transfers and changing places.

I loved the location. Close to restaurants of all varieties and points of interest. A short walk to the port and about a 15-20 minute walk from the bus station. Close to the main shopping areas and markets just outside the door.

BelgiumRoom had a hint of cigarette smoke smell but this went once I left the window open. Door needed to be firmly shut to lock. As a solo traveller would have preferred an additional means of locking from the inside but didn't have any trouble this was just a personal preference.
Excellent location close to everywhere I needed to get and meant I could pop back in the middle of the day to rest away from the heat. Was able to leave my luggage at reception after check out. Breakfast simple but good value. Room was cleaned with fresh towels everyday.

AustraliaThe Wi-Fi was very slow and I ended up hot spotting to my phone. It would have been nice to have an electric jug but not sure if that can be expected for the price. The black out curtains were good but there was no see through curtain for privacy so if I wanted to get changed I felt like I had to close the black out blinds and turn on the lights unless the windows were tinted and I did not realise.
The room was very clean and housekeeping refreshed the room beautifully each day. The staff at reception were helpful and professional. It was right in the centre of town and I loved my balcony and the whole room. I felt like it was really good value, very professionally run and more like a 3 star hotel. I had pretty much everything I needed - nice size desk, good wardrobe with shelves and a fridge. It felt safe and secure.
