We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ArmeniaHowever, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was quite tiny, with a door that didn't fully open, making it feel claustrophobic for someone bigger. Additionally, the first receptionist I encountered was somewhat rude, which affected my overall impression.

The location is excellent. Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. About 5 min walk to the bus that brings you to the airport.

AustraliaWi-Fi was appalling, never stayed connected for more than 2 or 3 minutes at a time and the speed was equivalent to dial-up. We changed rooms which slightly improved it but very unreliable. Rock hard mattress and the bed base was protruding, resulting in bruises from walking into it.
The location couldn't be better, right in the center. The breakfast was basic but good value for only 5 euro per person. Lovely bathroom looks new. Staff were very friendly and changed our room for us when we complained about the wi-fi.

AS CENTRAL in Heraklion as can be! New bathroom. Comfortable mattress & pillow. Great value breakfast, optional for €5. Price was very good value at €52 a night.
