You will get slight noise intrusion until midnight which we managed by turning up the AC which helped block out the late evening noise. Don’t let this out you off. The apartments are fabulous.

Effie s cozy old town studio is very central and near restaurants, shops , beach and well known cultural spots. The balcony was a plus and had loads of lovely evenings spent on this spot .

The name of Effie the host and owner means happiness in Greek language. Ant it is happiness and blessing to meet her and be her guest. In these studios in old town you find hospitality on a level you will never forget - personal welcome, surprises during stay, farewell gifts, advice where to go and eat - amazing host! The appartment is very comfortable and fully equipped. The studio we were in is rather small in qm, but very comfortably arranged. The location is the heart of the town, on a busy shop street, however windows are extremely well isolated. Location is comfortably close to restaurants, bus station and 15 min walking to the beach. For a 1-3 days trip I highly recommend as the region around Rhetimno offers great locations to the south and northwest and northeast, for which you need to rent a car.

As a digital nomad, I found the Wi-Fi strength and speed to be a bit slow and lags. But since I wasn't there to work during this trip, it didn't bother me.

The location is in a sweet spot, and the apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious. It felt bigger in-person to the photos. Effie, as a host, is an amazing woman. I've never had such a fantastic experience through hospitality; it felt like not only did I pay for the apartment, but her hosting was part of the package. I will always remember this trip, and I can't wait to come back in Autumn.

This studio is located in the heart of the old town. It is extremely comfortable and it has everything you might need: nice living room with full kitchen and access to a wonderful terrace, a spatious bedroom, a bathroom with washmachine, lots of space to store your things during the visit What makes the place even more special is the host. Effie is super nice. She was so helpful whenever I needed! She really cares about her guests. She is really over the top!

Exceptional is the right word for it! everything was perfect: the location, the interior and most importantly the owner Effie. she was very helpful and friendly, she sent us so much deferent useful information, brought some presents. we had almost everything in the kitchen, even different types of coffee. We definitely would come back for a longer stay, 4 days were not enough
