A huge, beautiful room (Flora) in a prime location in Athens - lots of space, thoughtful service and a bottle of their own wine was waiting when we arrived. We also got brilliant local bar and restaurant recommendations, and they were even able to get us checked in a little early. Loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ederlezi Boutique Hotel. John has thought of absolutely everything and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The surprise bottle of wine to enjoy on the rooftop was a wonderful surprise after a long haul journey from Australia. We will definitely return here one day.

I would have liked an indoor communal area just because of the heat. The rooftop garden was lovely though.

Savvas was outstanding - could not have been more helpful,pleasant or communicative. Property very well located for access to major highlights of Athens, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and two Metro stations if one wants to venture further or access airport or port. This small boutique hotel is beautifully laid out with great attention to detail in the various rooms. A welcoming complimentary bottle of house-branded wine and several bottles of water set the tone in a major city in which one often has to pay for every amenity.

As with any urban location, the nightlife in the neighborhood can be a bit loud, but the bedside earplugs did their job.

The location is fantastic, urban with a cool vibe! The design is great, even nicer than in the photos, with a great roof garden! Savvas, the young man working at the hotel showed amazing hospitality, was unbelievably friendly and gave us really great (and not touristy) bar and restaurant recommendations. The hotel does not offer breakfast themselves, but has a coop with Usurum, a fantastic brunch restaurant right next door!

The suite room with the balcony was fantastic. Lots of room, comfortable bed, modern furnishings and Nespresso machine. The staff were great. Very accommodating, good command of English and extremely friendly. The man at reception booked a cab for me and also assisted me with some business administration. A welcome bottle of Greek wine was in the room for us. Just a lovely touch.

We loved the location - great cafes, bars and restaurants very close by plus the sights of Athens were all accessible by foot. The rooms were so clean and spacious and Savvas was incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations throughout our stay.

We felt very welcome here! Our host Savvas was super friendly and had lots of suggestions to help us enjoy our trip. We really enjoyed the room, it was comfy, clean and looked just like the photos. The neighborhood was pretty with a really nice night time vibe. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we are in Athens. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

If I had one wish, I would have liked little milk cups or coffee creamer in the room. It's always a bit of a pity when there's a coffee machine in the room but you can't enjoy your coffee early in the morning because there's only sugar but no milk.

The accommodation is very centrally located in a lively neighbourhood of Athens where you can explore many bars, cafes and restaurants. The room is very cosily designed, well equipped and has everything you need to feel comfortable.

Exceptional rooftop garden where we could unwind and enjoy our complimentary bottle of wine. Great, funky neighborhood with huge selection of delicious restaurants and entertaining bars.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old city and walking distance from all the sights. The hotel is small and familiar. The service is excellent, from the messaging pre-arrival until the moment you leave. The room, is airy, modern but with a simple style of wood and natural fabrics. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom perfect.
