One of the best places we have stayed along the years of visiting cyclades and Dodecanese. Small but nice breakfast is included and renewed daily, and every works as expected. Great view of the castle. Mr Giannis was always helpful and accommodating with anything we might have needed.

Exceptional accommodation in a lovely peaceful rural setting! 200 m from beach and selection of Tavernas , mini mkts etc..Plenty on site parking and complimentary transfers to airport and port. Yannis, the host absolutely terrific- friendly, hospitable and really helpful. Good English spoken. Breakfast basket of coffee, jams, toast, biscuits replenished daily. Spotless! Highly recommended.

Lovely, elegant, big, clean rooms. Owner very friendly, picked me up at 4. 40 A. M. from the nightferry for free. They gave me quality honey, biscuits, toast, jam and coffee capsules (Dolce gusto) every morning. 70 meters from the quiet beach. Nice restaurants, shops, a cocktail-lounge, just perfect. Great view of the Chora !

Nothing to dislike!

Friendly and caring host (Mr Yiannis). Modern finish, well equipped apartment. Quiet location yet close to beach. Complementary basket with breakfast items was unexpected and stocked with good quality items. Delicious figs from the owner's garden.

The host provided us with complimentary transfer services from and to the port. Our room was recently renovated, very comfortable, equipped with small kitchenette and even a ‘dolce gusto’ capsule coffee machine. The views from our balcony were magnificent - over the Chora town and the sea. Location was great too, quiet, few minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants, pleasant 10 min walk to the Chora town. All in all, very good value, we felt welcomed and definitely would consider staying here again.

There was nothing that we didn't like!

We spent a week in a lovely one-bedroomed apartment in Drougas Studios. Very spacious accommodation and spotlessly clean. Our large balcony had panoramic views over a peaceful valley, mountains and the sea. Just a short walk down to the pretty beach village of Livadhi with its clean peaceful waters and small range of pleasant restaurants and bars. Giannis the owner picked us up from the boat and also dropped us to the quay again when we were leaving, helped us with car hire, and gifted us with fresh figs from his garden. He is an incredibly kind and considerate gentleman. We had all the requisites like wifi, mosquito nets and air conditioning. There's also plenty of parking space. We had a wonderful stay.

We did not have breakfast here. Iannis was the perfect host. Always very helpful, good to talk to , informative and collected us from the airport and drove us to the ferry when we left Astypalaia.

Occasionally you could hear shower/flushing toilets of neighbours or opening/closing of entrance doors in the morning/evening, but I'm a very light sleeper.

Close to the beach, value for money for what's available on the island, views up to the castle at day and night, very friendly-hardworking and kind owner- he does everything possible to make sure the guests feel welcome and tries to call you by your first name, welcome gifts in the room, front garden area, good bird watching spot (saw owls and coloured birds). Owners collected and dropped us off very early morning (1am/5am ) from the port, located in a quiet area.

The facilities are first class and the breakfast items are varied and plentiful. Five minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

Our stay at the property was exceptional! Mr Giannis and the rest of the staff were really kind, available to help us with whatever we needed. Every day there was a welcome basket full of breakfast stuff(coffee, sweets, cakes, cookies,etc.) that really made our day. Overall, the hotel surpassed our expectations with a large renovated room and every day cleaning including new towels, new clean bathroom rug etc. We hope that every guest will enjoy their stay and we can’t wait to visit the place again!

The street to the hotel is really narrow, so you need to be extra careful when driving on the street and when getting out of the yard.

The accommodation was clean and nice. Close to the beach and some really nice tavernas, but not too close, so it was silent and relaxed. The owner of the hotel is a really nice person who made sure that everything is OK. A goodies basket was waiting for us in the room and it was perfect for the breakfast. The bathroom was well equipped and the water pressure really high. The balcony has a nice view to the city and the castle, but also to the sea. I loved the accommodation.
