Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyIt was not close to any public transport. We paid for pickup to the airport and from airport (they were very friendly to be honest), so even if we had time, taking public transportation was big hassle to reach the property. Thus its hotel price + 40 euro, I could have taken a good hotel in athens center for overnight sleep at this price.
The property is clean and has nearby good restaurant to choose from. I was there only to have overnight sleep to catch my flight next morning, for which it seemed really good.

Location was perfect for our stay as we needed accom close to the airport. Electra picked us up from the train station and Nicco took us to the airport the next morning (extra charge) but very reasonable.

United StatesThis well kept, very clean, bright property was a great place to stay. Located near the airport in a cute little city with many good eating choices beats an airport hotel every day. The staff was responsive and extremely friendly and accommodating. There is a patio right outside the room, unheard of at a hotel.

I needed a room urgently as I had missed my connecting flight at night due my previous flight being delayed, I booked Double M and as soon as the booking was completed Electra called me and arranged for her husband Nikos to come and pick me up. Great service. Lovely clean and comfortable room. with a separate kitchen with free water, tea and coffee.

Extremely good value with transfers included. Nikos picked us up at the airport, helped us with our luggage and let us into the apartment. He gave us directions to a good bar and restaurant a few minutes walk away. Nikos also picked us up the next morning at 05.15 to take us back to the airport. Perfect for a one night stay near Athens airport.

CanadaThe accommodations were excellent. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and had clean bedsheets and towels. The apartment complex is well-maintained, both inside and outside, and there are cameras for safety. The apartment is located very close to the airport (less than 10 min drive) and the hosts offer pick-up/drop-off transportation for a reasonable price. On top of that, the host is extremely kind, thoughtful, and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning when I visit Greece next.
