Great location, 15 minute walk down to town, beautiful views+++

As mentioned, the showers are small and a but challenging because of the lack of a curtain or full barrier. I got the hang of it and wasn’t bothered by it after I got over the initial surprise and challenge to what I’m used to.

The view over the harbor was stunning. There was a very large balcony with chairs (and a clothes line) and a table that was ideal for having a drink, reading a book, and looking over the city and the water. The mattress was superb and great for my back. The manager, Maria, was the nicest and most welcoming person!! She picked us up at the port and dropped our luggage off there when we left and also helped us arrange a rental car for our island exploration. She always greeted us with a warm smile and made us at home.

The uphill walk back from town! Good exercise though. Very small shower.

The view from the balcony was wonderful. Maria was an excellent hostess. She was very helpful. On our last day she drove our luggage down to the port in time for the ferry while we walked around, shopped, had lunch. At the last minute we found out the ferry was going to leave from a different port. Maria and her brother, Spiros, had heard the news and came down early looking for us! That’s service!

The only thing I missed was a shower curtain, so the water wouldn't be all over when having a shower.

Lovely small hotel with amazing views over Skopelos town! Mary and Spiros (and their cutest dog and cat) are great hosts, so kind and helpful. Nice room, comfortable bed and a big balcony. It's quite a climb up to the hotel, but the views are definitely worth it! On the day of arrival they can pick you up from the port, just arrange in advance. Highly recommended! I had a great stay, thank you Mary & Spiros!

In order to get the view, understandably you have to walk up a lot of steps. This isn’t an issue for my husband and I, but something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

Great location, with a fantastic view of the town. Spacious rooms with kettle and AC included. Didn’t use the pool as was only in Skopelos 24 hours, however, looked a great spot. Staff friendly and welcoming.

The shower. Great pressure and temperature, but tiny cubicle with no shower door that was very difficult to use and the whole bathroom got soaked.

location - everywhere is uphill- steps and slopes - a little slippery too. the views from the room were amazing tho .

cheap and cheerful with the most adorable staff. the owner is just one of the loveliest people ever. only criticism was the walk up from town in the blazing heat, not easy but so worth the money - even got a breakfast. just great - Thankyou so much.

The location, even if the view was marvellous, was a bit difficult to reach on foot. There are a lot of steps but it won't be a major problem. There is also a mini van to get you from and to the port on your arrival or your departure.

Host gave us a better room with the best view possible without any charges. We'll aways be grateful. The room and pool were very clean. The natural light in our room was also a big bonus. Our stay was exceptional. Easy a 10/10.

A lot of stairs and uphill walking under the sun to get there from downtown. Shower uncomfortable, breakfast could be better.

Maria and Stavros make you feel at home, they are naturally welcoming you and solving for anything. Rooms are big, with wonderful balcony and view. Beds comfortable. Stavros picked us up from and to the Harbour.

Owner was soooo friendly, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help any time. She also did us a big favour and extended our stay, even though booking said sold out. Hotel is old but perfectly functional, rooms cleaned everyday.. Pool area is amazing, breakfast served fresh everyday. And the view from our balcony - SPECTACULAR!!!

Only thing I would appreciate more would be a more “baby friendly pool”. This is no criticism against this hotel as you can see on the pictures there is only one pool so I knew this from start. This is just a heads up if you travelling with small children.

Superb service. We got pick up service from the port and they also offered to help us down to the port when leaving (we had a 2yo son with us so this was much appreciated). The room was clean and as they had a better room available we got an upgraded room with a magnificent view over the city and the bay. The owner helped us with information and tips. I can see a few ratings saying there is a lot of steps from the port, but all roads lead to Rome. There is a road with very few steps. Just ask at the reception and they will guide you. The heart of Skopelos and the port is a 10 minute walk thru some really nice alleys if you choose to challenge the stairs. Pool was a good treat for a quick swim, maybe not optimal for our 2 yo but he loved it anyway. All in all, a very good stay for me and the family for a much reasonable price!

At the top of the town, hence a lot of steps to climb, you need a good level of fitness to walk from the port to the hotel, but views definitely worth it.

Views from the balcony we amazing, on arrival we were given the choice of two rooms, views from balcony amazing in both rooms. Receptionist was very friendly and could not do enough to help.
