Small number of sun loungers. Lack of availability of pool towels to rent. The huge queue for the Gyros station with a very slow and unhappy server. Could have done with more heavy blankets

The rooms were spacious and clean. Lots of food options. Kids loved the pool. Not too much of a walk to the beach. Lifeguard was great.

The Q's for the bar were very long which could be easily solved with some self service machines with soft drinks for kids. The weights side of the gym needs some small investment to make it a lot better, the smith machine is well past it's sell by date and the amounts of weights is lacking, it could easily be fixed with some wall mounted racks, the gym itself was a nice rooms with air con, good shower accces and multiple TV's, it doesn't open early enough the door should be unlocked at 7am.

The room was perfect for a family, swim up pool was brilliant outside the room. Cleaning services were very good for the room, the hotel was always clean. The food was good. The kids really enjoyed the pool and waterslide. I would recommed renting a car if staying here as there's some amazing towns and beaches to visit which are close but not walking distance close. There's a beach around the corner which is nice but pebbly.

Cleaning in the room was not done properly by the Ukrainian lady. We stayed in building B1 found the room nice and clean when we arrived but by day 3 of our stay she stopped brushing and mopping the floor. We stay with a dirty floor for the next 4 days. Other than this issue everything was lovely and we feel very happy as a family of 3. .

The resort was very good. Room was newly renovated, spacious with very comfortable beds. Love the rain fall shower and balcony. Also love the dark blackout curtains and air conditioning was exceptional. Food may be repetitive but if you know how to make a plate, you will love it. The pools were nice and clean and our son enjoy all day long the slides. Staff was great, receptionists very helpful. Kolymbia beach is within 7min walk with mixed pebble/sandy beach and this is a plus point.

One thing that did bother us was the issue with the sun loungers by the pool. Many guests would reserve them early in the morning, leaving their towels, but wouldn't actually use them for hours. This made it difficult to find a free lounger when we wanted to relax by the pool.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. A special thanks to the Ukrainian housekeeping staff—these ladies were incredibly diligent in keeping everything spotless. Our room was always immaculate, with fresh bed linens replaced daily. We also want to commend the barman, Oleg. He was incredibly quick, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. His cocktail skills were top-notch, and he made sure we enjoyed every drink. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the water was simply wonderful. Overall, we had a delightful vacation and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

This hotel is rather a 3* hotel than 4*, however the pricing for the accomodation is according to the 3* scaling as well. (Much cheaper than other 4* hotels with All Inclusive in the nearby.) The food variety could be larger, this is definitely not 4* but rather 3*; however we always could find an appropriate meal to eat with all my family. The floor on the common areas could be cleaned better, the floor was sometimes sticky on the corridors and around the restaurant, probably because of spoiled out beverages by other guests.

Nice staff, well equipped hotel with two pools, price worthy hotel, ideal for family holidays. Rooms are being cleaned daily, towels are changed as well daily.

The cleaners did not come on time, even the cleaning up was requested. The variety of the food was not great, although it was tasty.

The food was tasty, the sea is within walking distance, there is a small shop with nice shopkeepers in the hotel. The skimming pools and the slides were fun.

View from the room was beautiful although we couldn't see the pool or anything at the delfinia area cause of the roof from downstairs rooms.

We got new room after renovation, there were still some stains in shover after it, a lot of Psychodidae bugs on the wall, air conditioning wasnt working well, breakfast very simple, always the same, missed pancakes in the morning, you could get them later from the grill bar...but price was very good for what we got...

As all inclusive - drinks in the bar not so good quality due to only local alcohol brands (never sowed before). For cocktails maybe- but if you to have “shots “ - not drinkable. Rooms cleaning- could be improved (under furniture lot of dust as example)

Food every evening was different and really good. You can find as you wish. Staff especially support and animators friendly and open minded. Sea on walkable distance could be bit closer.

Long lines to the bar in the evenings ;) :) Almost no animation. BUt when you are traveling and come back late - its not so important.

Breakfast was all days the same, but it was always what to choose. Lunch and dinner was good enough. Not too much choices but, but still there was different evenings : greeck, asian, italian, seafood. Lots of fresh vegetables and even sweet watermelions! The best choice - gyros with pita. Coctails were perfect! We were traveling 5 of us, so we have got a big room with 4 double beds and with private pool! That was so cool ! We did expect something less for such prices, but it was more than we expected. The location is ok. Beach is 200 m. away. Quiet place but not so far from area center (10 min walk) with bars and restorants. The places is in good location between Faliraki and Lindos. Also close to other places of visit (seven springs, toy museum).

some things in our room were old and didn't work properly, but was not a big deal. also, guys, we couldn't complain about the pipe small in our room, cause we were upgraded to it, but we did tell reception. I suggest you do something about it .

Very very good hotel, somehow comfortable for both families with and with no kids. staff was very friendly and caring. We've got an upgrade for a better room with an amazing shared pool which was fantastic. Food - super and many variations every night something different, and always gyri available during the day. wine and drinks are also good quality.

Food not ovally hot.

Lovely rooms bed very comfortable. Cleaners come around every day. Nice pool and slides for the kids, which was good. My little boy loved the octopus slide in the toddler pool. The entertainment team were very good our little boy loved kids club and they were so good with him. Food was good plenty to choose from. Not ovally hot but that didn't bother us. Drinks good.
