Second time here, and I believe it is not the last one. Very close to the sea, sunbeds are available, breakfast is tasty, and the territory of the hotel is beautiful. The staff is very understanding and helpful. Thank you for the great relaxing place!

Except for the sometimes slow service we have no complaints.

When we first arrived I was a bit surprised to find the reception to be just a dining table in the restaurant with a host drinking beer. 😃 But he was very welcoming and the vibe of the place immediately felt very chilled and relaxed. Our room was beautiful with a big own yard. One might get the impression from the description on booking that there would be a straight access to the pool from your room but that is not the case (as you can see from the photos of the pool). Nevertheless the whole hotel surroundings and the room are very stylish and pretty. The staff is friendly but service a bit slow sometimes. For example we sat at the breakfast table for over an hour just because no one came to ask if we wanted more coffee (and we did) or charge us. The breakfast was delicious though and so were the salads in the restaurant - in fact the best of all that we tried in Paralia. The location of the hotel is nice, walking distance to Paralia and even to Olympus beach (a bit longer), but on a quieter section of the beach. You can park your car at the back of the hotel and if your room is on that side of the hotel it's just a few steps from your door. Very convenient.

Everything you want in this area. The room is modern and comfortable, view on the sea, the swimming pool is really cool and a good alternative to the beach in front of the hotel on which they have sunbeds. It's also well located, so nothing more to ask for.

It's a beautiful place, the staff is prepared, they are kind and ready to help, the service is fast, the prices are fine, the view of the sea is beautiful, my partner and I stayed there for 5 nights, every morning room service provided coffee and tea and cleaned while we had breakfast, but breakfast is not included in the reservation 8 €/person you can eat every morning, which is plentiful and divine, the boss is there, as a general person comes and goes to work and pleases the tourists. The water in the pool is clean, at a pleasant temperature, everything is clean and cozy. I have no complaints about them. They have their own beach area where they can take out food and drinks, everything is close, they have their own guarded parking lot. I can really only recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful place for a quiet vacation. Located just outside of the Paralia town with a beautiful beach and service with cold drinks and food. You can walk to the Paralia town for a 3/4 minute and come beck for a quiet evening.

We've had bad luck because we went before the opening of the pool, so we couldn't use it.

The place is amazing. Not too distant from the main street with all the shops and restaurants, but still very peaceful and quiet. The beach in front of the hotel is also very nice - you can spot some wild chamomile there! The breakfast is really tasty.

We recently enjoyed a four-night stay at Del Ray Vila and were thoroughly impressed. The villa boasts a very modern and minimalistic design that is both clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing view—waking up to the sight of the sea each morning was truly breathtaking. The location of the villa is ideal, nestled away from the crowds yet still within a 5-10 minute walk from Paralia city center. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of having bikes, which allowed us to explore Olympic Beach as well. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing us with a late check-out that was much appreciated. Although the beach bar and pool were closed during our visit, we are eager to return and experience these amenities when they are open in the season. Overall, Del Ray Vila is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a serene yet convenient location near Paralia, and we highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the staff didn’t clean the room every day and to be real for 6 nights stay the room was cleaned 2 times, but otherwise it was very good!

It was new, clean and comfortable. Our room (with pool access) had big balcony.

If there are small points to mention then it would be that the climatization in our room was placed very unluckily and blew the cold air directly towards the bed, which definitely caused the risk of catching a cold during the night. Also the ventilation in the bathroom was quite noisy when it was windy. And if you have to rely on the bus which in theory leaves directly in front of the accomodation, plan with a lot of extra time, cause they basically arrive whenever they want!

It was simply amazing and worth every cent! The house and the rooms are super modern and beautiful. We loved our big balcony with direct view on the sea! You just had to leave your apartment and cross a small street and you were immediately at the clean sand beach. As a hotel guest you also got a free beanbag or beach lounger under a personal little shelter at the beach. Another cool thing was the big, super clean and beautiful pool in the backyard of the residence. If you needed some food or souvenirs or simply wanted to go out in the evening, Paralia center was just 5 minutes away by foot.

We liked everything : the room, garden, swimming pool, staff, facilities. Very helpful Manager and customer oriented. The location is situated 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. The private garden is amaizing and includes 2 chairs, 1 table and 2 sunbeds. We enjoyed a lot our stay at Del Rey .

That the general public could visit so we didn’t manage to get a bed at the beach.

It was a really nice hotel! Only about 7 rooms but felt very exclusive. The team were excellent and in particular the evening security guard who was very chatty.
