Accessibility. We had a steep hill to climb to our room (5010) but most rooms had a LOT of steps to climb. Even the pools were accessible by steps so anyone with mobility issues would not cope.

Loved the pool area’s & breakfast was amazing. Varied, tasty & plentiful. Every one of the staff was super friendly, helpful & welcoming.

The hotel was full in August and felt slightly over capacity - it was sometimes hard to find sunbeds by the pool (they need to stop the 100 Euros minimum spend for cabanas) and often hard to find a table for 5 at breakfast. The management seemed responsive though so these issues are likely to be sorted out for next year. More storage in bedrooms (e.g. bedside tables with storage) and sunbeds in the garden area of all the suites would be good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great view from room, comfortable bed, delicious food in the restaurant. Guest services director talking to guests around the pool to get feedback. Bus stop a few minutes walk with air conditioned buses to Nydri (taxis were sometimes hard to come by in August). 10 minutes walk to water sports hire and small port with several restaurants.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Very good for a family (we were 5). The location is perfect, close to everything. The pools are nice, note that there are only few beds, so you need to come early. The crew is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back.

Pool/bar areas sterile (same music on repeat all day and shuts at 7pm). 'Pool View' rooms don't actually have any view of the pool from the patio (and only a partial view from upstairs), so you can't sit there whilst your kids swim because you can't see them. Breakfast delivery lorry arrives very early and very loudly every morning so you will have a daily 6.30am wake-up call if you are anywhere near the car park.

Very comfy beds. Great bathrooms and massive warm showers. Lovely staff throughout. Plenty of choice at breakfast and everything fresh and tasty. Good Wifi. Spotless rooms and communal areas, all cleaned daily by lovely, caring staff. Nice quiet location near Nikiana, which is a really nice little village for a family trip, with good shops, restaurants (including a great Gyros place!) and small, quiet beaches. No problem getting towels and sun loungers, albeit we only tended to use the pool later in the day.

It was a pretty hotel. The shower was great and the outdoor pool in our room was cool and refreshing. The fresh fruit at the buffet was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very spacious.

One of the best holiday experiences we've had. Amazing location (Nikiana) within walking distance to many amenities, a great beach bar, and marina, amazing service (wonderful staff top to bottom). Rooms were lush and very clean with everything designed for confront and relaxation in mind. Great pool area (3 different ones), amazing good (breakfast dinner (2x restaurants, 1 gastro). Will come back!

We asked MULTIPLE times for an iron and we never got one (nor did our friends in another room) as they said the hotel was at capacity and all the irons were already loaned out.... the property is a five star property and should have an iron available in every room! We ate at the buffet restaurant for breakfast and it was fantastic, so we decided to eat there for dinner... such a disappointment! The food was mediocre at best, WAY too expensive, our main dishes came out all at different times and they forgot 2 of our kids main dishes. We did not try the higher end restaurant after this disappointment so cannot comment.

Beautiful property, great location! We stayed in the 2 bedroom, it is comfortabe and spacious (bathrooms are rather small). This hotel is paradise and has almost everything you need on site. Panos at the pool bar is amazing and great with adults and kids a like! Great breakfast buffet, HUGE variety. The hotel is close enough that you can walk to the little town, which has great coffee shop, bakery, restaurants and beaches. If you want to drive to Nydri it is about a 15 min drive and well worth it, great shops, restaurants and just makes for a lovely evening.

Although manager solved later, reception gave us a hard time for very small issue. They should be more problem solvers rather than blockers.

We were a big group of 17 with 9 kids. It was perfect fit for us. Reataurant manager Heisto(right?)was really good and life guard Kim, by the pool was very helpful.

Second bedroom balcony came without chairs and table. Second bedroom had not even a chair to put my purse on. Room extremely small. The most difficult thing was that there were no phones in the bedrooms. Unfortunately for me I spent most of my time in my room due to back problem and I needed to call Room Service, I had to walk down 15 plus steps to the living room to order my meals.

The property looked very well . The mountain and the green that surrounded the property was magnificent . The pool with the trees made more pleasurable The staff was excellent . Every encounter with the staff was superb.
