Wifi didn't work properly

Room was clean, breakfast was decent and staff was very cordial.

Unfortunately there are only 2 elevators which are so small and slow (I think old) It took ages so that they go up and down... We need to wait till sb comes down hopefully no one enter we go up The internet is without password so it was poor Always discounted MY husband needed to work some hours we had problem with the internet Breakfast needs improvement in our idea

The location is good-close to centre-close to a bakery and pastryshop which is 24/7 open. The hotel is comfortable Stuff are cool too. The hotel provided us the 6th floor which we went for our honeymoon :) thanks

the area where the hotel is located is very run down and there are a lot of street homeless people some are obviously addicts and some of the females are working ladies . this was not very nice when walking around which we like to do daily especially with a young teenager. but there where no real safety issues but we did have to cross over on a few occasions because there where groups of people gathered together dealing or taking drugs.

this hotel was not our chosen hotel it was the sister hotel of the one we booked but unfortunately we where moved a day before we arrived which was very disappointing however the hotel gave us one nights free evening meal and was very apologetic which we appreciated.

Very well located, and the staff was also nice. They prepared a picnic for us early in the morning because we had to leave before breakfast time.

Excellent location, a few steps from the metro. Great bakery next door. As I had an early flight a take-away breakfast was provided free. Excellent service.

The rooms are a bit tired, and the ac did not work great.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet had a nice selection to choose from. The bed was acceptable, and I really liked that it had a small work station in the room with a proper chair. The Wi-Fi was fine. The lobby was very nice. The location was perfect for my conference at the Wyndham Grand.

Located a few steps from metro station and bus stops nearby. Breakfast was good. Comfy bed, regular towel renewal, and housekeeping, TV, kettle, cups, mini-fridge.. just as what we would expect from what we paid for. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. We were worried about frightening previous comments about the neighbourhood but we didn't face any problems, nor drug users or empty syringes.

The room was next to the cleaning room and it had too much noise from very early in the morning and a smell of smoke as the cleaning ladies were smoking. The wifi connection was extremely poor. I had to use my mobile data.

The actual location was not too bad, close to a tube station, but everything around was a little seedy. The road in front of the hotel was also busy and loud.

Only minor things. The parking requires skilled driver and small car. Also the restaurant had only one highchair and with two todlers eating at the same time one needed to be sat on the lap.

Great value for money. The breakfast bufet was a highlight of the hotel, however the place was nice and clean. The staff was very professional and kind.

The breakfast was awesome. Just like in 4 or 5 star hotel when comapred to 3 star hotels in Japan. The loction was good and not very tourist which can be a bonus wen you really want to get to know a country.

The room on the side of the busy road was to noisy and very hot. For Januar it was not a problem, but in Summertime I don't know if they have airconditioning, it was not working in our room.

For 1 night our stay was ok, and special the breakfast was super! The sta Rooms on the side of the road are very noisy and to warm, but we stayed only 1 night, because we travelled to other part of Greece. This hotel is not far from the busstaion Kiffisiou (with the taxi 7 euro's) Next to the hotel it is possible to eat something (cheap) and very nice bakery! For 50 euro's/night for us it was good for quality/price clean and good beds!

I asked for a room with a bath, granted I got one but it was only 3 foot long. I am 6'5 tall. Didn't quite fit.
