The air condition wasn’t up to scratch but it did work - it wasn’t bringing out cold air but it didn’t bother me, I opened the windows to create a draft and it was perfect. The buildings around it creates a wind tunnel so even without it it’s still perfect. Washing machine - there was no detergent which I did not end up buying because I had arranged all what I would wear prior so for those who don’t and want to wash their clothes get some washing machine detergent Water pressure from the shower - not the hardest but it does the job. Definitely not big enough for two people but it does the job. I still highly recommend this place over the other houses and I say this as a person living in london. Location fantastic, decor amazing and modern, amenities only what you truly require on holiday. Absolutely loved my stay here. Thank you for the opportunity of renting this place and thank you to the owners for having such a lovely home. I will return..

If I could rate this higher I would. 1. Location - it’s slightly away from the city centre but perfect for those who drive, it has a car park and it’s away from the busy streets so it’s very very quiet. 2. The property looks very modern (almost like the houses in England - the newly built ones) the bed was luxurious, the decor was slick, it had everything I needed. 3. Communication with the host was professional, instructions were given a day before for key collection and information. 4. Value for money - though for me it was slightly expensive I am going to book the property again purely because it’s pretty much perfect in every way. I don’t mind paying for a property that has everything I need for the time I stayed. It also had two balconies, one from the living room overlooking the street and one from the bedroom overlooking the car park. If you are driving then you can see your car from the balcony.

The flat is in an excellent, quiet location, very well equipped and with fantastic view. It has a very comfortable bed, a cozy large couch, a massive tv and a beautiful balcony with spectacular view! I highly suggest it, we will come back!!

Everything was well organized by the host. It is in a normal neighborhood with small streets so with my relatively large car it was relatively hard to navigate on the corners. In the back of the building there is a comfortable parking spot. The apartment is very comfortable and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Had the best time living here. Apartment is so cozy, so modern. Near the city centre. I was inlove with this place. The balcony view at night is stunning! If I ever get back to Volos I would deffinately chose this apartment.

Everything was perfect!

The decoration was perfect! It had everything that we needed. It was sparkling clean! Perfect balcony. The biggest TV I have ever seen and the most comfortable sofa. It will definetely be my choice when visiting Volos again.

The wi fi connection was not so good for video calls. we managed, but with some hiccups.

The apartament was very spacious, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood but still in walking distance to some stores and places to eat. we also walked to city center. Eating on the terrace was really nice. We were by car so the parking space was really welcome. Very easy check in and check out. We were able to cook some meals which was a plus for us. A good addition would be some paper towels, a wooden spatula and maybe a washing machine (for longer stays)

We were missing a dining table, there was just a large couch and a coffee table. No place to sit for bfast, dinner or to wfh. Shower was literally handheld whilst standing in the bathtub

Close to the sailing club so good location for us. Parking available, look quit modern. Needed a washing machine and apartment did have one. Two balconies on both sides of the apartment so could escape the hot summer sun.
