Hotel is quite remote in terms of Thessaloniki city and took a €32 taxi fare from the bus station at 1045pm. Taxi man did not know where the hotel was! This is counterbalanced by proximity to the airport if you are on a stopover in Thessaloniki which we were.

All on one level; nice garden area; room of a high standard; free airport shuttle. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 1130pm and there was some tea and coffee/croissants available at reception and a bottle of water in the room.

The experience from the place is very positive and I don't want this comment to lessen from the general impression. It's pity, but the shower was ridiculous: A very sophisticated mechanism of splashing water, without a curtain or other means to prevents the water from flooding all over the bathroom. The hot/cold water bar in receptions didn't work.

The location is close to Thessaloniki airport and the have a 5 minus airport shuttle (between 7-23) Both evening and morning staff was very nice and helpful! The room was clean and quiet. In the receptions they have some treats and biscuits for the guests.

Uncomfortable beds. 3rd stay and beds are in desperate need of upgrade. Didn’t sleep well at all.

The walls are quite thin so you hear your neighbours and the hallway constantly.

The staff in the hotel was incredibly nice and helpful, they even ordered me some food as I arrived quite late. They provided a shuttle service that was excellent.

The location near by the airport is good. The staff was super helpful and really nice. You can order food from near by city, since to hotel doesn't have a restaurant.

The location is really great for travelling, just 5 minutes from the airport. The breakfast was really nice with traditional local products and recipes, we enjoyed it. The greatest of all was the personnel that was very friendly and helpful.

Shower cabin edges MUST be cleaned better. Please buy some proper cleaning stuff and remove all the brown stains and spots because its really not pleasant to see

You'll need a gps to find it. It's located behind some business buildings in a field. Shuttle must be booked 24h in advance.

Very friendly reception who provided a croissant and coffee while waiting for the taxi to the airport early in the morning. Quiet room with terras and airco. Well maintained. Good price quality ratio.

We were told that we paid for an upgraded room but the mattress was very uncomfortable, the toilet lid was broken, and the bathroom racks were missing. The place is far from restaurants in general, but there is no restaurant in the hotel and no other services. The direction of the hot and cold water taps is reversed
