Minor detail after all, but the toilet was flooded every time I took a shower because the curtain was too short, letting water out.

Very well located within walking distance of the beach, attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean and had a small fridge, TV, AC, table and closet. The beds were very comfy. The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is excellent, highly recommend it. Overall good value for money, would stay again.

We stayed only one night, moving from Symi to Chalki, so we looked for something simple and clean in city center. For that purpose it was exellent. The location is great, the were staff very helpful, the room was basic but very clean. Nice breakfast, Good value for your moeny.

The room we had was on the small side although we had a large balcony with sun loungers and a 'hot tub'. The hot tub had to be filled each time which took a fair while as there was no mechanism to maintain the water at a constant temperature. There are a few simple things that could improve the room such as more storage areas for clothing etc. as the one single wardrobe for two people for one week meant having to live out of the suitcase. Increased storage space is easily achievable at little cost. In addition a hook to hold the shower mechanism actually on the wall would be helpful

The room had a great seaview with a rooftop balcony. The staff were efficient and very friendly with the room cleaned every day to a high standard. The location is very central within easy walking distance to the Old Town and the port area. Plenty of bars and restaurants all within walking distance and quiet at night.

The lobby and common areas look very updated and chic but I found the bedroom to be lacking. The stool they provide for the desk is too short to sit comfortably at the desk and the shower wasn't super clean. I also noticed that the pad they put on the bed to make it softer was full of stains and other people's hair which was kind of gross. Other than those issues, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice little balcony overlooking the street.

City Center had the PERFECT location. It was an easy 20 minute walk to the Old Town and the tour buses picked up right outside. Plus it was less than 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants around as well. The location definitely made up for any imperfections! The free breakfast was buffet-style with a decent amount of options and the staff was quite friendly as well.

Location was good for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable . The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of hot and cold produce on offer. The buffet was replenished regularly so everything was fresh.

the hotel is close to all the attractions and to the bus station ( in this case a 10 minutes walking distance) for trips outside Rhodes or for the airport. My room was spacious, sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had the breakfast included and I cannot but recommend it! Tasty and with a good choice between sweet and salty. The staff is amazing and always helpful. Each floor has a “book point” if you like reading.

Just my personal opinion I found the beds a bit hard for my liking and the shower although hot and powerful was a bit cumbersome to use located as it was over the middle of the bath but neither of these things would stop me from staying again

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was a really good size with a small balcony. I did have a noise issue with my original room but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by the staff so no complaints there. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a fantastic choice of food and all really tasty. Location was great for exploring Rhodes Old Town and to get to port for ferries. All in all a very good hotel that offered great value for money

The room situated on the 4th floor has 2 huge balconies but the view to the sea was obscured by the big casino hotel situated right in front.

The hotel is good, located very close to a lot of attractions, and close to the beach. The staff was amazing, very helpful, very active, and always in good mood.

It got quite noisy in the corridors outside our room but thankfully only for a short time on both nights. Our room had a balcony but unfortunately overlooked a very derelict building immediately next door but as we were not spending much time at the hotel this wasn’t a huge issue.

Easy to find and the staff were welcoming and very efficient. The room came with a refrigerator and safe and breakfast was included in the room rate. Breakfast was varied and you could have as much as you wanted.

Location is central & close to the beach. I have got a room with a sea view, which I definitely enjoyed. Breakfast choice was sufficient & good. Room cleaning every day. Service team is friendly & caring. Reception is helpful. I personally would like to say thank you to (Mrs) Eva for her great recommendations and very friendly genuinely caring attitude.
