The pillows were too firm for me The cockerel crowed very loudly in the early hours ! Cats in the bar area as my partner suffers allergies to cats .

The clearness of the room could be better on our opinion. Even from the first day

The family owners of the hotel were very friendly, especially in term of children, helpful and flexible! Surprisingly we got a lot of food from their own farm and our small child was even allowed to visit the farm. It was very special for us, thanks a million!

Amazing staff and being this close to the beautiful Agios Stefanos beach (several people outside of the hotel say they think it's the best beach on Kos) is a thing of luxury on it's own. The room, while fairly basic, had everything we needed. The beds are very firm, which we don't mind, but if you prefer a soft bed they may not be for you. The hotel itself is in a quiet area but only two minutes from a small supermarket and five minute from the beach. The breakfast was good and had enough choice to not get bored after a few nights. In summary, a good and affordable hotel with great staff and a lovely beach nearby.

Although we arranged the pick up with the hotel a couple weeks prior to our arrival, they cancelled the pick up last nighyt. We were just asked to take a cab and the tone of the message was quite tense. The welcome to the hotel was unfriendly and the check in process took longer than iy should be. The hotel needa some renovation as well

The condition and the cleaning is not so good. For example, you need to pay 7 euros per day for air condition in the hotel in the very hot summer days.

The hotel was in a perfect location, 3 minutes away from one of the best beaches in kos, close to a super furbish supermarket and to a lots of local restaurants on the beach. The hotel is nice and has a nice swimming pool, and has a playground area where kids can play. Very good homemade food , nice and simple breakfast with all local products. It is a family run hotel and everyone is super kind and try to accommodate you the best they can. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The kitchenette had no frying pan. There was no WiFi signal in the room. To get some signal, I had to put my mobile phone next to the window facing the pool area.

Nice inexpensive family-friendly hotel not far from the airport of Kos. It has two playgrounds for kids, two swimming pools for adults and kids, a lot of fruit and olive trees on the premises. A pebble beach is 5 minutes walk away. A nicer sandy beach with shallow waters is located further 200 m away, just opposite the Kastri islet. A small supermarket/convenient store is also near. One can have decent meals in the snack bar next to the swimming pool. Some reviewers wrongly claimed that the swimming pool is open only until 18:00. It is untrue, they should better read what is written on the signboard. Namely, the lifeguards are on duty until 18:00, but the swimming pool is actually open until 21:00.

Lovely little apartments - we were 5 friends and squeezed into one comfortably enough. The staff are lovely, the pool is great as is the location - just a short walk from the beach!

Great place to stay in Kefalos. Bus stop, shop and car rental right outside the hotel. All inclusive was really great, a lot of options of Greek food. For the money spend it was really good. Beach is also really close and from what we have visited on the island, its really quite and basically the nicest on the island, and without big waves.

We waited 40 minutes for the transfer to pick us up at the airport (I paid 25 euros). The shower curtain is very close, making it difficult to shower.

Excellent family run hotel. Nothing is too much trouble they go above and beyond with hospitality. Food excellent and reasonably priced 😀 The pool area and pool is very well maintained. No shortage of sunbeds so no mad rush in the morning 😁 Location is good for the beach ⛱️, supermarket and restaurants. Kefalos is ideal for anyone with walking difficulties as the main resort is flat. I will be visiting chrysoulas again 😁😁😁

- our room was very small (we could barely fit our suitcases on the ground, as there wasn't any empty space in the closet) - the bathroom had the smallest possible shower (less leg room than Ryanair's airplanes), that had a shower curtain which has defenitely seen better days (just like the majority of theother furniture); it was impossible not to touch the curtain while showering, and the bathroom was flooded after showering anyways - the only table was outside on the terrace, but the terrace itself didn't have any cover and offered no shade during the day; the terrace was also bigger than our room - charging extra for the AC

The air conditioning has a separate cost for night which was not clearly stated in the room terms and conditions. Furthermore, the room was plenty of ants in the kitchen at our arrival. We also find that pool water was not so clean and transparent.

The room had been made up for a couple and child rather than 3 adults, so we were missing a sheet. I didn't realise until the next morning, but it would have been given if I had spotted it.

The whole place is amazing - vintage, retro, very cool. It was not too expensive, but had everything you needed. Run by a family, so they know all about anything you need to know and can help. Amazing beach very close, walkable. The pool was amazing too and not too busy. Great food, the best gyros we had the whole holiday.
