It could be quite noisy at times in the city.

Really convenient location in the centre of city it was so easy to get everywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and if you had any questions, they would help to get things sorted out. Room is really nice. The shower was great.

We didn't get the room on time which made us lose time on the first day. Internet was not working well in the room which was frustrating. There were also construction works on the street below which woke us up in the morning (but of course this isn't the fault of the hotel, it was just annoying)

This is our second time at this place. last time we were with the kids so in a family room, this time in a double room which was great. best location for those who want to be in the city center. hosts are very kind and gracious. if we come back to Athnens we will definitely stay here again. highly recommend.

Massive mosquito problems. Got bitten to heck. Oddly, I stayed the week prior in another syntagma studio and wasn't bitten once.

Location was amazing. Communication with the hosts was great. Rooms were lovely! AC worked really well. So much around the area, anything you needed was within a 2 minute walk.

The accommodation was incredible! Highly recommended 👍 We booked 3 suites and were left extremely happy with our stay! The room itself was exceptional, the location unbeatable with only a few minutes walk from Ermou and Syntagma square, with cafés and bars just around the corner. The accommodation building was clean and safe, with the codes for all doors needed, sent to us at check-in time together with precise instructions. All facilities made our stay very comfortable; we even had bathrobes nicely folded on the beds, slippers, bathroom amenities, a Nespresso machine with capsules ready for use, bottled mineral water. Our suite also had a covered balcony, with a nice set of table and chairs. All very tidy and neat. The staff were super friendly and helpful, from the first instance upon our booking, and even after our departure where they immediately informed us of a few items we had left behind by mistake. We appreciate the excellent customer service and kind communication we had. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff!

The only window looked out into a small square filled with everyone's air conditioning units. The curtain stayed closed for this reason.

The suite was everything you could want from a hotel room even though it isn't a hotel.....the first impression is a clean, crisp, and fresh room with facilities, including bath robes, slippers, coffee, and water. The location is perfect and tucked away in the center so walking distance to Ermou shopping street, cafes, bars, and restaurants is easy...you really couldn't ask for more from an apartment or to be more exact, a suite. You wouldn't know that you were in the center as there was no disturbance or noise. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Not being prepared for the location off of the street gave some initial pause on initial arrival. Uncertain you were in the correct location. had to be dropped at the corner and walk down alley area to a vague shop entry area. But this is how much is done in Athens. Very convenient location upon adjustments.

We arrived much earlier than ck in time. They held bags for us. Room was ready on time.

Mosquito’s were in the room. However there is a spray that you can plug in next to the bed. I killed a dozen before we went to sleep and didn’t get bitten.

This was a great location. It looks horrible from the outside, but really nice inside. Nice and clean and has everything we needed. The staff were amazing.

Everything was perfect: the suite, the location, the staff, the amenities. We stayed in Suite 5, it was facing a small street and it wasn't that noisy. The staff was excellent, Nick (I am guessing it's his name) was very welcoming and helpful providing info and showing us the way to the apartment and hiw everything worked there. The location is exactly in the center, about 4-5 min walk form Syntagma Metro Station, with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, markets, eateries next to it. You can visit all the main attractions by foot from here. The apartament was cosy, clean, nice, confortable, with all the necessary amenities. Look no further, this is the place to stay in Athens, if you want hassle free and a very good price.

There are extra fees for cleaning and a reduced fee for changing the towels, which was only mentioned after booking. Fees are not excessive but we felt that at least towel changes should be offered for free

Location is great, the suites are very comfortable and spacious and the bed is one of the best I've stayed in. Bathroom is also big and the suites provide with everything you need during your stay. Staff is also very kind.

We only got 1 towel per person for 4 nights, and there was a charge for a change of towels. Previous stay for 4 nights on greek island we got 2 towels per person.

The location was amazing! the staff were very nice and helpful, they helped us with any questions that we asked about Athens like the acropolis and more. The room was very clean and had lot of space, we liked the kitchen and the balcony was very spacious. We had a great time there :)

Advertised with balcony with city view. The only view you have is of the air conditioning on the building 20 feet from you. Not a big deal for us but not really what you expect when you ready the listing.

Hot water was not consistent. There was a small button to press for hot water and we had to wait 10-15 min for hot water, but hot water only lasted 5 minutes then got cold. Room facilities were good to outweigh this though, but keep this in mind
