If anything, some may find the shower a piece on the cozy side. A toaster may have been nice but just a small thing. The last part of the bungalow entrance is up a small but steep hill just for anyone with walking issues to bear in mind.

Firstly the host Maria was supportive and helpful from beginning to end and nothing was too much trouble, and also her Father, so a big thank you to them both! If you are looking for a more authentic, ‘real’ piece of Mykonos with a stunning beach, peace and relaxation, then this is the place to come!! Chaniotis are rustic bungalows with basic self catering facilities without the frills perfect for those who don’t need glamour, just originality! We stayed in a studio for three and enjoyed a lovely view of the ocean every morning from our table outside. The kitchen and facilities are basic but adequate for self catering. The beach is STUNNING, and only a 5 minute walk from the studios. The water is crystal clear with plenty of fish life and perfect for young children and snorkelling . The Bus stop is also right by the beach in front of Petrino Aquarius restaurant (extremely friendly and helpful staff and nice restaurant). Ano Mera is the closest little town with much more choice of restaurants and cheaper, as there are just 3 in Kalafatis. We recommend Odos Araxame, great food! The supermarket is in Ano Mera or Maria introduced us to an App and you can shop online and it gets delivered, and you can also order take away from a selection of restaurants.. perfect! The bus takes you straight to the old Port of Mykonos, about 20-30 mins dependant on how many stops. €2 each way to Ano Meta and €2.50 each way to Mykonos. My 9 year old and 18 year old loved it and as a single Mum it was perfect and safe and most of all relaxing and I will definitely return again one day.

This studio has a charming, cozy, and familial feel to it. The hostess, Maria, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the stay even better. The location is a bit away from the center, offering a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Renting an ATV or car made transportation super easy and convenient. Overall, a lovely and relaxing place to stay!

If you stay in mykonos, I can really recommend this place! Nice vibe, calm, beautiful view! 5 min walking to the beach. 2 Restaurants you can reach by walking in 5 min als well. The owner are really kind and want to make your stay perfect!

The studios are 2 minutes walking from Kalafati Beach, a beautiful mykonian beach far from the crowd and the craziness of the west. They are on top of a hill and you can see the sea from the terrace. My apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable, with everything you could need. But I want to spend just few words for Maria, the owner, and her dad, two of the most kindest people I’ve ever met. Maria is so nice, gentle, always ready to help, a very gentle soul and it was a pleasure to meet her.

If you are a couple looking for a relaxed stay and a beautiful spot at the beach, this is the perfect place! The studio was cozy, clean, and spacious. Maria, the host, was very kind and gave us tips and offered us support during our staying. Definitely we will come back and recommend this amazing place. Also well connected to the center, you can easily take the public bus.

The wind...but that comes with a summer stay in Mykonos. Fortunately, this place is right beside the most protected beaches...and it's pool is well sheltered.

Quiet, secluded family apartment right by the beach. The pool is bigger than the picture... If you're a family looking for the quiet side of Mykonos...this place is perfect. You must rent a car to get around. Nothing is further than a 25 minute drive.

- We had to empty all of our own rubbish, even from the bathroom bin (can’t flush toilet paper on the island) and the nearest bin isn’t that close to the property (it’s 5 mins walk away, just before the beach) so that wasn’t ideal. - There wasn’t any cleaning or changing of the towels or bed sheets or anything, our stay was only 4 days so wasn’t too bad but this wasn’t mentioned anywhere and a change of towels would have been nice - shower hose didn’t have a wall fixing so had to be used handheld only, wasn’t a problem for me but I’m sure would be inconvenient for lots of people.

Enjoyed our stay at these apartments; clean, spacious and nice decor in the room, well equipped with furniture and nice outdoor area and hanging space to dry towels and clothes. Good air conditioning and great to have a fridge. Big dressing table and mirror in our room, perfect for 2 of us getting ready. Lovely peaceful and quiet area, just what we wanted. Same for the pool. Really pretty apartment area in traditional Mykonos style. The host Maria was on hand on WhatsApp for any questions and even lent me a phone charger when I realised I had lost mine. She also booked airport transfer taxis for us (really nice and modern minibuses) Beautiful view from the site but was a very steep uphill walk so just a warning for those who can’t do steep uphill walks. Lovely quiet beach just 5 mins walk away, we loved the amazing Aquarius restaurant right in front of the beach and ate there most days. Bus to Mykonos town is an air conditioned coach and very cheap too! Brilliant stay, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We travelled with our 80 year old parents and there was quite a steep (but short) hill up to the property. They managed to do it every day though!

Very friendly hosts who could not do enough for us. They offered to get us any food/drink from the supermarket. Spotless accommodation that was well equipped. Lovely pool and shaded outside area. We really enjoyed relaxing looking at the stunning view. It was a great start to our holiday. My children enjoyed that they were able to have a night swim as the pool didn’t close until 10pm. There’s a couple of expensive restaurants close by which we tried but we ordered off the Wolt website on our last night and had a lovely and reasonable meal delivered to our apartment.

The only negative point is the distance from the center, so you need a veichle if you want to go around but near the studios there is a rent center.

Studios is very comfortable, close to the Kalafatis’beach (araound 200mt). Maria in very friendly and kind, giving us some useful advices about location, food and attractions. The Studios has a swimming pool where you can relax until 10PM. The room was clean an perfect if you spend few days in Myk. I suggest to go to Kalafatis beach to watch the amazing sunrise at 6 AM

Friendly welcome. Keys were handed over personally. Good communication beforehand. Clean room, perfect for staying over one night before catching the ferry. Close to bus stop. Walkable distance to restaurants.

It was comfortable, clean, and the location was fantastic. Maria the host was most welcoming. If you just was to relax, this is the perfect place. Kalafatis Beach is less than a 10 minute walk. There’s a lovely restaurant right by the beach. If you walk another few minutes there’s Agia Anna 2 beach (there’s Agia Anna 1 somewhere else on the island) This Beach has a super fancy bar/restaurant, but just to the left there’s space to lay out your towel away from the bar crowd.

The aircondition was too weak for the size of the property and hence difficult to cool it down...

We had to rent a car which we hadn’t planned but driving the car around the island was very fun so it worked out well! Maria arranged the car to be delivered to our place.

It was the first quiet place we had stayed in weeks. it is peaceful and has a great view.

We liked the location. Good restaurants, beaches nearby and the bus stop is only steps away. Maria and her father were very helpful and kind. They organized a rented car for us within hours for such a good price. Thank you for the lovely time!
