We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Not much to say as you cannot fault this hotel. Everything is just perfect. It seems like the architect lived in the room before completing the build out. I have no recommendation how to improve it. Well done to the owners, management and staff.

United KingdomOnly two things I would like to have had is a proper outdoor swimming pool and also some outdoor space to have a drink. Only 50m away was the sea and a street of bars and restaurants with loads of outdoor seating. So it wasn't too much of a hardship. And some of the local restaurants (Kaiki and MikroLimano particularly) are very good.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, well-drilled, fun. They were all keen to welcome us and help us make the best of our time in their hotel and country. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Giannis on the beach beds, Giorga on reception, Asphasia in the restaurant/bar were exceptional, but nobody let the show down. Breakfast excellent, cleaners prompt and thorough, bed was SO comfortable

Everything. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing and with wide variety. The restaurant had delicious food. My boyfriend is celiac and the staff was able to adapt the food and make it gluten free. The staff accommodated every request in the best ways.

GreeceThe view form my view was non-exixtent. The balcony was nice, but you couln't stay outside because there was an unpleasant fish smell from nearby fish taverns all day long. The photo with the pool was misleading. What I though was a pool, was essentially a buthtub.
Big cheers for the staff. They were extremely polite and managed to accomodate every request. The room was very spatious and brand new. I liked the automations. The breakfast wasn't the usual buffet, but an 'a la carte' with a good variety of options. The nearby beach with sunbeds exclusively reserved for the hotel guests was very also very nice. I really enjoyed a good swim there. It was also very thoughful that the guest could make use of the hotel amenities (incl the beach and shower) after the check out time.

United KingdomWhen I read the reviews for this hotel I was concerned that maybe they were too good to be true. This isn't the case. The hotel is brilliant and the staff are excellent. The location is perfect for walking into the port or visiting the beach. The breakfast and restaurant are both great and the best selling point is the exceptional service.
