If you need here only for sleeping and taking a shower at.nights, it's ok. Small place, It's only 1 room (contains 4 beds). There is a very small kitchen-wall. Furnitures and general appearance is old. The shower head holder was broken. We had to put the shower head during taking bath. It was difficult and uncomfortable actually. At photos, there is sea view, but it's not possible to see it actually, there are big air conditioner machines at front of window.

Location is perfect, at the heart of city. Easy to find, easy to entrance to house.

There was no cold water in the kitchen and it was impossible to wash the dishes. In addition, not enough plates and cups for 4 persons. No lock in the bathroom.

The best location. Property was clean. Easy to reach the keys. Linen and towels were clean and enough.

Flat in which the apartment is located is old and I haven't seen any other neighbours, because on that floor are psychologist, and other doctors, so it creates weird vibe.

Apartment is very big and it has a really good view on the street. Location and price are in the best ratio. It is the centre of the city centre. Beds were also really comfy.

This apartment needs a make-over and quite a few repair issues should be addressed...Shower head spits out in all directions and leaks on the side, shower floor is real slick...NOT safe, bathroom cabinet laminate is peeling off and showing the particle board, kitchen a/c blows out hot air, laminate flooring by window side of bed is missing a 1/2 inch section right where you put your feet down to get out of bed, curtains are dingy and dirty. In general, looks and feels tired and old and could use a deep clean. Even though the property owner sent photos to get us into apartment easily, the photos didn't match what was there and it was a bit tricky to get into the lock box.

Nice location, good communication with property owner, very spacious apartment, good a/c in the bedroom, comfortable bed.

I hadn't had any idea how hard will be to find parking close to the apartament. I didn't assume Salonic is something like New York. We tried to find public parking around the apartment for at least one hour. However, after the host advised us, we parked in a private parking, 22 euro for 24 hours. So this cost came on top on the accommodation cost.

I must admit the host was very helpful. The location has advantages, you are exactly in downtown, very close to everything.

The bathroom is a mess.. flash didn’t work properly and the shower head was falling downwards making it very difficult to shower.

The location is the best and the part of the apartment where the beds are was very spacious and lovely.

The locks are a bit complicated maybe an electronic lock would be easier. I guess this place is always profitable so it worths investing on an electronic lock The bathroom did not have am additional furniture for placing stuff sth easy to be built just a piece of wood on the wall

small aesthetic things like a broken lampshade over bed; a depressing picture over TV (reminded me of the apocalypse). nothing that affected our stay but little things that I notice.

excellent position for centre, and on a pedestrian road. nice and warm, centralised heating came on twice per day. good kitchen facilities for making breakfast etc. lots of hot water and TV for relaxing time.

Good location near the white Tower and Tsimiski, clean apartment, efficient A/C and fridge, all electric appliances available, comfortable double bed, fifth floor with 4 persons small elevator, easy self check in!!!

My dislike is not with the property, but with the bad parking system in Thessaloniki. As the apartment is in the centre you have to think about parking earlier.

The location is more than perfect. The apartment is clean and there is everything you will need.
