We loved the location. So close to the city center but still in a quiet location.. totally new apartment with a nice balcony. A few nice bars on the square a few steps from the apartment. With some really good options for breakfast....we just loved it

The apartment was modern, clean, and well-appointed. It is in a great position, walkable from the ferry/port and the bus station, and very close to restaurants, shops & places of significance. It was quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk-in shower. We were given excellent eating suggestions, and Catherine was very prompt to answer any questions or queries. Highly recommend staying here.

Great bed, a lot of space in the room, walk in shower. We did not use the little kitchen but it is there if needed. Great location and people kept in touch with us a lot before and after the stay if we had any queries. I recommend

2 things. 1st the location. Don't get me wrong. It's perfect but it's opposite the Central church and the bells are "hanging" like crazy from very early in the morning. 2nd is the towels, and cleaning . I get it , cleaning is not in the price and it's not a hotel. But I believe it's a "big foul" the fact that there were only 2 towels , one for each of us and if we wanted extra we should pay 15€ ( which is too much, I can buy towe eith that price ) . So to conclude I think that we should have been provided with at least 2 more extra towels.

This is a family run business with amazing attention to detail. Every possible need for the weary traveller was anticipated by Catherine and her family: A/C, sound insulation, local herbal tea, plenty of drinking water, Netflix and candles for the balcony. Even matches. Catherine and her family were unbelievably helpful, warm and kind. Don’t hesitate to book this accommodation and go to Apiri restaurant nearby for a wonderful culinary experience. Thank you Catherine for all your thoughtfulness.

I wouldn’t say that I liked it, I just recommend keeping this in mind, there is no elevator in the facility, and there is no cleaning service (only for an additional fee) this was not critical for us, so everything was great

the hotel is located in the very center of the city, convenient location, close to everything (taverns, shops, old town) Very responsive hostess, there was a desire to make our stay comfortable. large bright room with a beautiful view of the street, definitely recommend visiting

No free parking availability on the streets around. Had to pay 15 Euro/night to the closest parking facility.

Hot water wasn't always as hot as I liked.

The communication from the team was excellent, making my arrival and departure seamless. The room was wonderful, clean, light, airy and perfectly situated to explore Crete. I definitely will come back here, solo and with friends. Added bonus was connectivity to Netflix and Prime so a night in bed felt like being at home.

The accommodation was fantastic. It was very clean, very cosy and centrally located. The host Catherine was very friendly. We never met in person but she was always there for us answering any questions and giving additional tips within minutes. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Like many places in the Island is cold but easy to be solve with the air conditioning.

The facilities were so clean and comfortable. Very well located in the center of the town. Next to pretty local shops and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The hostage of the place has been so charming sharing everyday tips and caring a lot about my stay. Im very thankfully for his advise exploring Heraklion.
