The Breakfast buffet was poor, not representative of a 5-star hotel. They had an issue with the shower as the water was coming out of the shower and the bathroom floor was ending having water all over the place. The bed side light wasn’t functioning on one side of the bed. There is no room service if you need food at night. The hotel restaurant was closed throughout the day. I don’t think this is considered to be a 5-star hotel in overall as they claim which is why it’s not a great value for money hotel.

The location was perfect. Super clean hotel, nice service from the staff and we really liked the aesthetics of the hotel. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Breakfast took a long time as only one staff member to attend to guests- should have milk and yoghurt readily available/ took 20 minutes to get this to have cereal. No wardrobe and room was very small

The location is perfect, near to restaurants and the beautiful harbour. The hotel is runned by 3 sisters, which were so helpfull with everything. The breakfast is outstanding.

We had hoped for a bar on the premises. It would be good for the bathroom to be more private from the bedroom.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this small cosy luxurious hotel in the heart of Ermoupolis. The hotel was luxuriously decorated in an "old castle rock" style and the room was modernly decorated with a luxurious touch, with carming colors and ambient lighting. The room even had its own private external patio, which was very quiet and relaxing. We had the most amazing relaxing and invigorating experience at the spa (>4 hours) with the Exclusive Spa Day couples package - really worth it, so you need to book your package quite early. The breakfast was quite adequate with a selection of healthy snacks. The staff served us with the highest level of service and hospitality, really friendly, eager to help in any request we had, and also accommodated our request to for a late check out in our last day of stay. Overall, excellent positive experience, and very good value for money. Highly recommended for couples.

WHILE I REALLY LIKED THE HOTEL JUST A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER...THE SINKS ARE VERY LOW AND I AM NOT A TALL PERSON. NO BATH TUB OPTION UNLESS YOU TOOK THE LARGE SUITE. THE TOWELS ARE VERY HEAVY IN WEIGHT. THE FRONT ROOMS ARE A BIT NOISY. MAYBE ADD AND ENGLISH NEWS CHANNEL ON THE TV LIKE CNN OR BBC.

LOVE THE LOCATION, STAFF, SPA AND FOOD. MY ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE WITH BED SHEETS AND COMFORTER.
