If I had to pick something, it was that there was no iron box but they were super helpful and offered us a steamer. We had a wonderful time and no complaints as such.

Casa Sunsha was incredible. Right in the middle of all the action, in downtown Fira and close to everything and extremely convenient. The room was gorgeous, huge and spotless ! The views were beyond incredible. The staff was friendly, accommodating and extremely gracious. Breakfast was delicious and changed everyday. Irene was so warm and lovely and asked us to whatsapp or call her any time of day or night. Overall it was fabulous, the location, views and the room itself were excellent. I would stay here again and again.

Serving Tea in the room was not possible since there was no kettle and tea bags although on the site it was mentioned there is. Also, there was no telephone in the room and we should call the staff mobiles.

The hotel is located in the best point in Fira (thira) and the atmosphere is exceptional. The breakfast was great, but compared to 5-star hotels, the choices are limited. The weather and view there are so fascinating. The design of Hotel is Lovely. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

There’s a few issues that keep it from being perfect. The room wasn’t really soundproofed at all you hear the loud music from the bar from 7pm to 3am so it’s hard to get an early night with the music so loud you hear it word for word(but that’s a part of being very central I guess). The wooden blinds in the Room didn’t close properly and we informed the staff on the first day and it wasn’t fixed so all the sun would come in and wake you up. The hot tub wasn’t heating for the first few days it was eventually fixed and the staff gave us 15% off the restaurant which was nice since we didn’t ask or expect anything. There was a lack of basic things in the room like drinking glasses,silverware/bottle opener and only 2 pillows.Lastly the housekeeping didn’t really speak English so they’d just walk into the room after knocking even though we said “no come back later” which led to some awkwardness of them walking in on us. But even with it’s faults I still recommend this place because the location, food and staff are all amazing. The hotel is still really new so I’m sure they’ll be able to sort out these issues and make the go to hotel in santorini!

We stayed for 5 nights in The “Sea view suite with outdoor jacuzzi”I’ll start by saying the staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were given a complimentary bottle of white wine on arrival. The breakfast is the best.The location is in the middle of all the action and you get the most stunning view in fira. And it’s about a 5 minute walk to the bus/taxi station. The room is also beautiful and clean. The restaurant has really nice cocktails and great food.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with a breathtaking view of the caldera. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel was brand new and spotlessly clean, giving a sense of luxury and care. My experience here was truly unforgettable, and I can't wait to come back in the future!

The property came as a pleasant surprise since it had just opened a few days before my stay. The prices this year offer a great opportunity to experience the magic of this place. The mesmerizing view, the incredible energy of the restaurant, and the must-try cocktails and food make it truly magical. The staff is exceptional, making the overall experience unforgettable. This hotel is not for families or anybody that wants to sleep at night. It is called a "hybrid retreat" which basically means there is a bar and restaurant attached to the "hotel" part of the property. Music starts around 11am and really kicks in around 8pm at the restaurant until 2am. I cannot explain how annoying this was. Night after night. Unbearable given the price we paid. The facility doesn't really know what it is. Is it a bar and restaurant? Or is it a hotel? We don't know and the property certainly doesn't know either. In regards to the breakfast there was one choice only each day which was offered. There wasn't a menu, you were simply told we have x for breakfast today. Again, for the price this was not acceptable.

The location really is incredible. Beautiful views of the ocean and the volcano with all of the restaurants and bars in Fira within walking distance. The staff were so helpful, kind and friendly, especially to our 4 year old son who was with us.

The shower was so weak. We asked to fix it , but it was not fixed during our stay. And the water of jacuzzi in our room was cloudy. Maybe the water isn’t refreshed every day…

The hotel staff was so kind and courteous. And the location of hotel and restaurant was very nice.

It is not recommended to choose a suite with an indoor Jacuzzi as the room is very humid.

Excellent location, romantic and interesting accommodations. Mystical and spa like. Excellent, unobstructed views of the sea, volcano and sunsets.
