No staff for checkin. When made reservation checkin was shown as 14:00. We arrived at 14:00 and found locked door. I emailed the hotel then asking for immediate check in. We tried to call number on website and said number not in service. We asked staff at adjacent store who called a friend who works for the hotel. The codes to get in the doors were shared with her to give to us. Later I realized the hotel had emailed me codes by 14:25 or so. Recommendation: if advertise check in 14:00 or later, send codes for access by 14:00.

Very noisy, so it’s a bit hard to sleep. The cup and glass were dirty and the air conditioning not working so well.

Good location for one night, close to the taxi point, port and bus station.

Stairs with heavy luggage was difficult. And no double glazing on windows coupled with noise outside meant absolutely no sleep at all.

The cooling of the air conditioning was a bit insufficient. But it was not a big problem. Apart from that, if you are disturbed by the noise, the road noise comes from the rooms facing the street.

The location is very good. It is located right in the middle of the old centre and shopping area. The rooms are very spacious. The staff was very helpful.

I stayed here for the 3rd time and the location is just great-close to the bus station, to the old town, everything is just right there I must also give 11points out of 10 for flexibility and kind help of the owner

It is above some bars and very loud at night, especially on Saturday night when the music from the bars kept going till 3am.

The place is cute and in a very convenient location. It's right next to Old Town, near the ferry ports, and directly across from the bus terminal. Self check-in was very easy, and the owner responded quickly to all inquiries.

It’s above and close to bars and cafes so gets very noisy on a night and it’s directly next to the bus station where busses sit and idle their engines all day and night which is very annoying but the windows block out a lot and I’d recommend bringing a pair of earplugs. I received no instructions from the host as how to enter the building or where to find the entrance. I called 3 times with no answer but luckily a local cafe owner took us to the door and by even more chance the owner was walking out of it at the same time. Luckily that was all sorted quickly but clear directions and details on how to access the property are vital otherwise we could have stood stuck for god knows how long.

Well decorated and with good facilities. Coffee machine, fridge etc. Excellent location. The breakfast host was very lovely and accommodating. She is a real asset.

A very vibrant cafe society exists in the street below (Room 3) which some could consider noisy

There were 20 steps up to the first floor, they were uneven and very steep without a handrail. Difficult to carry up the luggage if you are not vey young and very strong.

Breakfast was free and good location was excellent.

Staircase could be troublesome for elderly guests, but fine for us (late 40s).

Size of room, bathroom and location. For the cost, this was a great appt for a short stay. Very close to Rhodes Town Centre. Nice to have a balcony (small but fine) and watch people pass by.

Good central location, ideal for arriving by bus from the airport, with all the main sights within easy walking distance. Lovely big room with comfortable, bed. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast was a very short walk away and was very good with friendly, helpful staff.

The room is next to the bus terminal. There was quite a lot of noise in the morning from the buses.

Everything was perfect. Very nice, clean and spacious room. Very close to the old town and restaurants/bars. Nice breakfast. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

No locking from inside, which makes me feel very vulnеrable. Noisy bar area outside, balcony practically unusable.

The suit is very nicely decorated, modern, spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned daily (except for the second day). The communication with the host was very easy, he was responding promptly to any message and trying to help. Bus station just in front, Mandraki port in 2 min, old town very near, shops of the new town around. Coffee machine was a nice addition.
