The host welcomed us with a variety of fruits and drinks upon arrival. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. The grill in the backyard allowed us to enjoy dishes made from fresh fish purchased from the local market. The house is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. There are many restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches nearby. The yard of the house is green with many trees and flowers. Our experience far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back at the first opportunity.

The house was very nice, everything was so quiet, the beaches and the sea was very nice and the most important fact is that the host was very kind.

There are two things that we would like to mention: 1. The house is about 7 minutes’ walk from the beach. The beach closest to the house has no beach bar. However, the host will provide you with an umbrella upon request. Also, you must cross the main road to get to the beach, which is somewhat dangerous when you have a 2-year-old. 2. The stairs in the house are a bit steep. My 60-year-old mother slipped on the stairs and bruised her hand. The stairs were NOT wet. They are, however, made of marble.

The accommodation wasn’t cheap even though we came here in the first week of September, so out of season. But it seemed one of the few left in Vourvourou with a good booking score. However, the stay here was lovely, and we enjoyed ourselves and, in the end, it was well worth the price. I want to mention that we stayed here during the Daniel cyclone, which ravaged most of Greece, and for 4 out of the 7 days we stayed in Greece, it was cloudy, rainy and windy. Thus, we spent a lot of time inside with our 2-year-old and having this accommodation did help. The accommodation is a small two-story house next to a bigger one where the owners sometimes live, but they were rarely at home during our stay. The house is modern, well-stacked, and furnished, and it was built with evident attention to detail. They also had window blinds and mosquito nets everywhere. Another thing that we loved was how clean everything was. Rarely have we stayed in places so well-cleaned. The host was also super nice and friendly, and they let us do whatever we wanted around the huge yard that they had there. Overall, there is hardly anything to complain about. So, 10/10.

We loved everything about this house, starting with the owners. We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. They were the nicest and discreet people ever. Always there when we needed something. The house and the backyard are really nice, really clean & well taken care of. The outside shower is amazing. We used it daily. The house was perfect for us (4 adults and a kid). We had everything you would need in a house hold. We felt like home. We returned yesterday, but we already miss it. Thank you for your warmth, smiles and everything else! We will return for sure!

Beautiful and welcoming accommodation! The location is in close proximity to many pristine beaches! The house is really cozy, tidy and very well equipped! Barbecue facilities & shaded parking at your disposal! Great mosquito protection all over the house! Everything was simply perfect - the interior, the garden area, the location but most of all the warm welcome, and hospitality. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had short but nice stay in Casa del Mare- cosy, comfortable, clean and new place with big garden. There were everything that we could need. My kids enjoyed too and loved the owners. Was pleasure to meet them - smily and helpful. They welcomed us with gifts and had gifts when we were leaving. We will definitely go back there. We aready miss the house and the owners :). I can’t find anything bad

Everything! Starting from the view and ending by people’s which are helping you while you staying here. There is very silent so you are here alone with nature. For the tourists which will stay here will be much better to have a car due to in all Sithonia many places which you should visit. Special thanks for Tanya!

The house was excellently equipped and very nice decorated. The hosts were great, very friendly and always attending to our needs. They even gave a present to our baby and another gift when we were leaving the place. Our stay at Casa del Mare was really wonderful.

The house is near the main road and there is only a small beach nearby, which might be a problem for some. We, however, didn’t mind it, as we are used to driving everyday and we fell in love with one beach that was 10 minutes away by car anyway.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casa del Mare very much. The house (it is actually a separate part of a larger house) is very comfortable and is fully equipped with everything you might need for a short, or even a longer stay (air conditioning, cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.), perfect for families with kids. The rooms look just as they do on the photos and were very clean. The owners were wonderful, very hospitable and nice (they left us fruit and wine, brought the kids some pastry, and had even prepared going away gifts, which was all very sweet). We’d recommend the place to anyone wishing to enjoy Vourvourou and the area ☺️

The house is located in the area of Vourvourou, surrounded by best beaches and pine forests. All the rooms are well equipped and clean. The kitchen has all necessary items. The owners are friendly and opened, they invited us to the Greek speciality dinner, which was excellent prepared by themselves. They also provided us with useful info about places of interest and other helpful tips. The local beach is located near the house, 5 minutes walk distance. The best restaurants and tavernas are nearby ( 2-4 km.), and could be reached by the car.

You can hear the traffic and if you are a light sleeper might be bothering, but we had no issue with that.

The house looks very nice and clean, very close to a beach that we loved. The host was suuuper welcoming and attentive to all our needs, and just a sweet person. You do get your money's worth and a bit extra on the top.

The house is new, clean, and there is a parking as well. We were provided with everything you need for vacation. If you want to visit different beaches or places in Sithonia, this is the perfect location for exploring the peninsula.

Everything was perfect!I don't have anything to complain for!

For the beginning the rooms were exactly the same like in the pictures and they were very clean. The condition air was placed perfectly so that you can let it “on” , so you can have a nice room temperature. Even if the majority have negative reviewes for the fact that the location of the villa was on the principal road, for us was an advantage because we could get quickly to all of the places that we wanted to get to. Another thing to mention is that when we have arrived there we found in the fridge some goodies from the owner as a welcome gift. Also when we left, she was so nice and give us again some gifts for us and our kids(olives, ouzo,Leggo toys,etc. ).

Lovely new house, furnished with everything you need. My family's stay in it was extremely pleasant. It was clean, cozy and fresh everywhere. The house has a large yard, a beautiful veranda and a barbecue. Our hosts were extremely hospitable and kind. They pleasantly surprised us with compliments, both on arrival and departure.
