The location was so incredibly convenient as it is in Old Town but close to the ports. Katerina was so friendly and informative, we had many great conversations with her. The room was perfectly equipped with a comfortable bed, roomy couch and chair, spacious bathroom, and perfect A/C. The breakfast was delicious and had more than enough choices for a great start to the day. If you are lucky enough to stay here you will understand how great this place is!

All was good

Loved staying in the heart of old town. It was 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and a short walk to the central bus station. Lots of restaurants nearby too. This hotel is run by a beautiful family who would go out of their way to help you. Anything we needed eg car hire, printing, restaurant recommendations was done with their pleasure. Comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was great too. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Excelent place. Quiet and yet right in the old town center. Very good breakfast. Very welcoming and helpful host. The host provided room service whenever we asked and also left compliementary bottle of very tasty wine. Perfect place, recommended 100%.

Casa De la sera is wonderful little place to stay in the old town of Rhodes. Katrina and Eleni are very friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our room had an amazing winding staircase and a wonderful terrace, number 5. The terrace gave us the opportunity to hear Laika music on a Saturday night and take in the rich Greek culture. Its an authentic old town experience close enough to the old town attractions, yet far enough away to get some peace and quiet in a centuries old beautiful building. Thank you Katrina and Eleni!

There was nothing not to like about the property. It was less than a 15 minute walk to the beach and it was that long because I’m a little slower than I used to be.

Sophia and her brother made this stay here one of the best I’ve ever had! They were so kind and caring and supportive. Breakfast Sophia made almost everything herself. It was all fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come back. We will keep in touch.

We had a great stay at Casa de La Sera. Our room was lovely and quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The location was also perfect as it’s close to everything being inside the old town but was also very quiet. The breakfast was very good and had a large selection.

An amazing historical place with wonderful,happy and helpful staff! The place its very unique there is even a shelf with books to borrow if you want to read at the cozy balcony! The energy of the place allowed me to feel like I was stepping back in time, a true pleasure to experience. The staff were all amazing and finding out it's a family run business made me see why they take care of the place as if it's their own house. What a beautiful place. Literally no complaints!

The absolute best customer service I have ever received. The host of this accommodation is amazing and so helpful, even before we checked in she had sent us a super useful video about how to find the accommodation! Great location, literally 2 minute walk away from the busy restaurants/shops of the old town but you would never know as it is very peaceful and quiet when you are trying to sleep. Beautiful exterior, looks very Greek!

Probably nothing. But I have one suggestion. The early ferry is around 8:40 in my case. Is it able to take breakfast a little earlier (i.e: 7:30) than 8:00 in individual case? It's mainly determined by human resource and I have by no mean complain. (PS: To prevent disturb, I don't ask this request in my case.)

The vintage location with quite atmosphere. It permits us to drag our baggage arrive/depart to ferry port by 5 min. walk. In spite of this location, it's quite and few visitors around owing to old Jewish corner. The interior is also decorated superbly with mixed classic/modern artifacts.

We did not dislike anything. The only comments are that the shower cubicle was relatively small and the shower hose was difficult to keep up, but these are very minor points. We enjoyed everything about our holiday in this hotel.

The location was very good. Breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Clean towels and toiletries were offered every day.

The staff was amazing - so friendly and welcoming! Also, our room was really spacious and greatly equipped. What we also particularly enjoyed was the location of the hotel in general. While it was in a quiet, authentic environment, the old town was very close. The breakfast options were small, but more than enough. Our favorite moment was listening to the Greek music from a nearby restaurant one night.

Katerina was very lovely, helpful and kind host (for checking in, giving tips for the town and overall friendly). The place is beautiful, renovated and very clean. Property was in such a great location, nestled in the old town of Rhodes. Perfect for exploring the town, harbour and only 15 minute walk to Eli beach. Staff were super friendly and helpful having a lovely chat at breakfast with us every day. Breakfast selection was small but ideal for what we needed every day. Room was clean, good air conditioning and again perfect for what we needed (just a base to be out and about all day!)
